I don’t usually write reviews, but I believe in giving credit where it’s due—especially when I see how unfair some feedback can be. Dental Associates of Boca Raton has consistently exceeded my expectations over the past five years. While no place is perfect, what matters most to me is how I feel when I walk in: welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for by the entire staff and Dr. Costabile. That personal touch is why I keep coming back. From the warm greeting at the front desk (Maury and Alex) to the professionalism of the dental assistants, the team is top-notch. Dr. Costabile treats patients like family and always goes above and beyond. The office also offers great specials and is always ready to help. I wanted to share a genuine, positive experience because I truly love coming here. Highly recommended!

I usually have major anxiety about going to the dentist but Dr. Costabile made me feel completely at ease. He explained everything clearly and let me know what he was doing every step of the way, which really helped calm my nerves. The front desk team was friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about my insurance which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The office is super modern and clean, they even made and delivered my crown the same day, which was amazing. I can’t recommend Dental Associates of Boca Raton enough!!! I’ve been seeing Dr. Costabile since 2011 and have always had excellent care. He’s friendly, approachable, and his warm smile and experience make every visit smooth, easy, and positive. It’s all about the comfort of the patient, and I always know I’m in capable hands. The office is spotless, has the latest technology, and the dental technicians and front desk staff are amazing. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.

I had such a great experience, from the moment I walked in, the staff was so welcoming and professional. I’ve never felt so confident about my smile! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and trustworthy dental team.

My visits for cleaning and to see Dr Montemale are always good. She and the staff work hard to make sure I’m ok and relaxed. The visit today was an unfortunate exception. I called 4 days ahead to request my premedication. I went to the pharmacy the next day and they had no record of it. I had to call and request it again. It was there on the second trip to the pharmacy. I had specifically requested capsules. It was tablets. The office confirmed my appointment twice never mentioning the Dr I was going to see by name so I just thought it was Dr Kristina because I always see her. I got a different hygienist who insisted on taking X-rays although I tried to refuse them. I cannot stand things in my mouth. This should be documented. Although she used numbing gel, the cleaning hurt. When she was finished a man came in. I asked for Dr Kristina and was told she is only there Monday and Tuesday. I didn’t want to come back so I stayed. Took forever to check my teeth! I have a cavity on a wisdom tooth. Tooth has been there forever. He suggested pulling the tooth!!! No way, just fill it. I have anxiety, stress & PTSD so I don’t want or need unnecessary stuff. This should be documented. Made my 6mo checkup appointment with Dr Kristina and I will be sure to make sure she is the one I will be seeing. I will also ask about the hygienist because I don’t want the one I had today. When I call again for premeds I hope it will be right when I pick them up.

The staff there, is truly incredible they ensure that they take care of their patients and care about what they do. Michael, Kim, and Cathy are wonderful, kind-hearted people! They will take care of you as efficiently and effective as possible!

I am so grateful that I was referred to Dr Costabile! I have been to the very nice, modern and clean Boca office several times now, and each time I have left there happy. So far I have had two perfect crowns made there quickly and perfectly. Dr Costabile is very kind, explains everything clearly and his work is as comfortable as dentistry can be. Special thanks to Kathy for her knowledge and assisting in all ways possible, and creating the crowns. The technology in the office is impressive. Adrianna is such a great hygienist and very caring, and Alex at the desk is so friendly, efficient and helpful. On top of all that, I appreciate the fair prices and I will sign up for their in house discount plan instead of keeping the more costly dental insurance. I am grateful to have such a good dental office I can go to with confidence and that I will have a good experience. Thank you Dr Costabile and staff!
