While traveling, I had an accident and broke a tooth. I have an excellent dentist back home, so my standards are high—but from the very first phone call, my experience with Dr. Dean’s office was outstanding. The professionalism and friendliness of the entire team immediately put me at ease. Dr. Dean and his assistant provided phenomenal care. He worked on me for nearly 90 minutes and never once made me feel rushed. Despite it being a very busy season, he continuously checked on me, came back into the room several times while seeing other patients, and encouraged me to return or reach out if I needed any follow-up during my stay. He took the time to explain everything clearly, offered thoughtful suggestions for future care, and made sure both my husband and I understood each step. The staff reviewed all fees with us in advance, so there were no surprises at all—just transparency and care. To top it off, they sent all necessary images and information to my dentist back home to keep her fully informed. That level of professionalism and coordination truly meant a lot to me. Dr. Dean and his entire staff deliver care with genuine kindness, patience, and excellence. They honestly deserve a hug after every treatment. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this dental office.

This was the best experience I have ever had. The office staff was great, the hygienist was great, the assistant was great, and Dr. Dean was amazing. The office was clean and modern and ran perfectly.

I have been at this dental office for more than 5 years and have constantly run into attitude and passive aggressive responses from receptionists during scheduling. They are not very understanding and condescending when attempting to find a date for care. This office is, understandably, booked out months in advance, but receptionists should be respectful and willing to work to find a date that works with their patients. I know one other person who attends this office and stated they are anxious to reschedule or cancel appointments (regardless of outside situation) in fear of getting scolded. As someone with dentist anxiety, I have also felt out of place or unacknowledged at times. The professionals sometimes disregard or minimize my anxiety while in the chair or simply seem annoyed that I experience this. Even though I was satisfied with most of their work, the buildup of a lack of understanding surrounding scheduling and dental anxieties has pushed me to look elsewhere for dental care.

I received excellent service, the staff was welcoming and very professional. Dr. Dean was thorough in all of his explanations and treatment plan. I lost a filling that had been in place over 20 yrs. Half of the tooth was exposed so a crown was placed. I would highly recommend Dean, Horwitz and Associates for dental care.

This office is one of the best dentist offices I’ve been to! From the front desk gals to the dental hygienist I had a fabulous experience here. So glad I found them.
