I was in for detal work that included getting an upper denture and had Dr. Brummond who was one of the best dentists I have met and I am a great grandmother. He was friendly efficient gentle professional and generally great to have work on me. The techs were great as well. I was recommended to the facility by Lynette and couldn't have been happier with Dakota Family Smiles and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

I have pretty nice teeth. Almost 40 years old and I have never had a cavity. My teeth have never caused me trouble. I have been to a number of dentists over the years and I always get complimented or told I have great teeth. My only issue is I have a couple canines that came in with a yellow tint, I was always told it was caused by a very high fever as a small child and that is what caused them to develop like that. Its pretty common. I went to Dakota Family Smiles to get a cleaning and it went fine, again no issues with my teeth. The tech was great and nice. Alison Just came in to do her inspection looked for 30 seconds and said "Wow, you have really yellow teeth". Clearly talking about my two canines. I was surprised by her choice of words but I assumed good intent. I was thinking she was going to offer services to take care of them or something. Nope. That's all she said and left the room and that was the end of the visit. Totally rude. I clearly know about my two teeth and there is nothing I could have done to prevent it and there is also nothing wrong with them other than cosmetically. As a dentist you would think she knew that, and probably assume most people are a little self conscious about it. I felt very belittled by her comment. I will move it up to 3 stars. I went back in but asked for a different dentist this time. Dr. Brock was great.

Nice people, they work hard to make the apointments fit the parents schedule. Allison and Carla are very friendly and care for the parents teeth. After the cleaning the teeth also feel so good. Make an appointment with these two ladies,you will be happy with their wor.

Carla was great, really listened to my concerns when I was getting my teeth cleaned. Super friendly front desk. Doctor Brock asked about a sleep appliance he had made for me to use and how it was working. Never have had anything but good appointments here.

Best dental office for our family! Have been going to Dakota Family Smiles for a few years. Staff is very friendly! We love Allison to clean our teeth and Dr. Just is gentle. Both are great with kids!

My family has been going to Dakota Family Smiles for years. The administrative staff is friendly and helpful. And we all love our favorite hygienist Allison, even my youngest looks forward to going to the dentist!
