As a new patient, one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in quite some time. Staff was great! Alondra gave a great cleaning with detailed attention and care. Dr. Headley and Cynthia were personable and compassionate.

I had an outstanding experience at Luma Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The office is clean, and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. My dentist took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail is truly exceptional. I left feeling confident about my dental health and impressed by the quality of service. Highly recommend Luma Dentistry to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

Dr. Leeds is an amazing dentist! My mom started her Invisalign treatment recently and was feeling very nervous at first. Dr. Leeds was incredibly kind, professional, and patient—she took the time to explain the entire process clearly, which really put her at ease. We're so grateful for her care and expertise. Highly recommend!!

Went in for consult to have 5 bottom teeth pulled and dentures done. The assistant was amazing. The dentist lady proceeded to tell me I have cavities, then said im going to write you a prescription for mouth wash because your gums are red knowing I just brushed them before I went to dentist. They done xray of my mouth that was fine. She preceded to tell all the info. They would pull teeth, then I would have to go 3 weeks without bottom teeth. Then come back to do prep for dentures. But when I get home and looked at paperwork its only showing 4 teeth and i have 5 teeth. Moreless she was in rush. Never offered me snap on dentures plus no guarantee that the dentures would fit properly.. Yes I know people have issues with bottom dentures but she could have been alot better at explaining. Only reason I went there cause it was in network. I would recommend to people do your research beforehand.

If I could give zero stars, I would! If you’re looking for a good dentist, please do not and I repeat, do not come to this place. There’s a new dental office located just one block over by the Chevron gas station, but please bypass Luma Dental at all costs. A couple of weeks ago, I went in for a temporary crown. They did the usual prep: cleaned the area and shaved down the tooth to make room for the permanent crown. When I left, my gums were a little swollen, but nothing too unusual. Two weeks later, I returned to have the permanent crown placed. The dentist, Leeds (👎), assured me it would be a painless process. Well, it wasn’t. Once the cement was applied and the crown was placed, the excess cement oozed out from the sides. The dentist started scraping the hardened cement around the area, and it was extremely painful. I was jerking and squirming in the chair because of the discomfort even though she promised it would be painless. I quote….. After scrapping and digging off the cement, she used floss between my teeth to ensure everything was set properly. However, she had to force it through with such strength that when it finally slipped through, it jabbed my already swollen and sensitive gums. I flinched in pain again. As I was leaving, I told the dental assistant that I was in pain. She reassured me it would ease up soon. Later that day, I went to Planet Fitness, then stopped by Winn-Dixie for a few groceries. After shopping, I was hungry and ate a few crackers. As I chewed, the tooth in front of the one they worked on chipped! I was shocked and devastated. I had just gotten one tooth fixed, and now another one was damaged. I went home and checked the mirror sure enough, the tooth had clearly chipped. the dentist weakened it during the scraping and pulling process. The next day, I returned to Luma Dental, hoping they would acknowledge the issue and offer to fix it or at least offer a discount. Instead, they refused to take responsibility and even blamed me. Let’s be real: soft crackers should not chip a tooth. When the other tooth chipped I was eating a Jolly Rancher. That makes sense. But soft crackers? No. Moral of the story: DO NOT go here. They are money-hungry, careless, and take no accountability for their mistakes. I am currently seeking legal action because this is unacceptable. They worked on the tooth right next to the one that chipped, applied force, scraped hard, and weakened the area and now I’m left with more dental problems. Unprofessional, irresponsible, and untrustworthy. You’ve been warned. Run!! I am not interested in your response! The best response you can give will be fix the problem you and your team CAUSED!
