Dr. Rajashree Chakraborty - Dentist in Bensalem PA

I got dental work done here, only for it turn into an infection that spread up my face less than 3 months later. If i could give no stars I would, they also started shaving down enamel from surrounding teeth that were completely fine beforehand, instead of just reshaping the filling material in the tooth they were working on. I've since got all of the work redone at a better dental office and I'm healed, but it was resolved with 0 help from this office/practice. If you like your teeth to function as they should, go elsewhere. I'm also reading other people mention insurance fraud, and I can confirm that it seems like they're doing exactly that.

Has been amazing with my family. Especially my daughter. Even after moving, I decided to stay with Dr Rajashree. My children and I feel comfortable with her. When I could not afford all the costs, she helped me break down the payments. Definitely would recommend!

Been going here for a while now. A few years back I went to a different dentist after a few visits with that one I knew they were not for me. I found Dr. Chakraborty and I knew she was the dentist I was looking for. I know I have one of the best dentist there is. She care about her patience they are not just a dollar sign to her. She is caring compassionate about her patience. You couldn't ask for a better dentist.

Doctor made our visit very comfortable for my two daughters and I. My 5 year old was antsy and she kept her occupied with pleasure while doing her job. I greatly appreciate it. All the staff were a big help.

I chose this dentist specifically because they had such high reviews. It made me feel confident I would receive excellent service and be treated fairly. Unfortunately, I experienced what I could suspect to be insurance fraud. I am detailing it here so others do not experience the same. I was told I needed two fillings in the back of my mouth. I was also told that my dental insurance only covered fillings on the teeth in the front of my mouth and that I would be responsible to pay out of pocket for the two fillings. This is my first time having dental insurance, so although I thought it strange, I trusted what they had to say. I paid $241 for the fillings upfront and got those filling done. And I would probably not realize anything, if my tooth didn't hurt for more than a month after procedure. So I decided to make another appointment and meanwhile I went online and checked my dental insurance website. Imagine my surprise when I see that this dentist office had billed my insurance company for the two fillings, and insurance company paid for it .Also, it stated that my responsibilty would be only $33. Now I do understand that mistakes happen and I can be reasonable. I have called the dental practice, and they said that they didn't know that my insurance would cover those. But why they didn't even try to call to my insurance to find out whats covered, and whats not. After that, they tried to lie to me that they didn't receive the money from insurance yet. So my insurance agent called them , and they accepted that they actually received payment. It's been over two weeks since then, and they still haven't reimbursed me. Every time I call them, they keep telling me story, that they need some kind of manager approval for this, and they are keep emailing him, but he doesn't respond back to them. This is absolutely unacceptable! I demand to be reimbursed immediately. Furthermore, I would like a personal phone call of apology from the 'manager' to convince me that this practice is not involved in insurance fraud. I would think this is of the utmost urgency of importance as it relates to the integrity of this business.

Makes each experience memorable. We are a large family and the care and consideration given to our dental needs are phenomenal. She makes you feel less like a pt in need of service and more like a human being. Always pleasant and smiling. Very personable. Keeps our family coming back to this location.

Officers is very sanitary, the staff is super excellent and efficient. Dr Rajashree is right on time she is very patient and allows for great ease with her. This is my second visit and I have always been pleased with my experience. I also recommended my family members to this office.
