The whole staff from walking in the door to the end consultation was absolutely amazing. All staff informed and explained everything so thoroughly I was able to understand much better! Olesia the hygienist was amazing from the moment she walked in the door to talk to me. Dr. Vargas was nothing short of awesome coming in an explaining every bit of dental work needed and how they were going to proceed. Then we have Blanca she is very thorough in helping you the cost and scheduling the appointments. I can’t thank aspen dental enough for making me feel at ease with my first visit and many to come.

I had a great experience as a first time client. Front desk receptionist was very nice and sweet and also Bianca going over my benefits and what my insurance didn’t cover that was nice to know upfront and not be blind sided later. The lady who took my X-rays was very sweet and kind. The doctor and hygienist were both very nice and took time to explain everything they found wrong. All knowledgeable staff I will recommend 100%

All of the staff (DA, Hygienist, Dentist, Receptionist and the Office Manager) were professional, friendly, and accommodating. I had an urgent appointment and was in a lot of pain. I was treated as though I was a long term patient. Before any treatment was started I was informed about the procedure and asked if I was okay before moving to the next step. Needless to say I was very impressed! This is my new dental home!

Dominique (Operations Lead) at Aspen Dental is very honest and very helpful for patients. Her knowledge is helpful for patients and her office both. Thanks Dominique and Dr. Vargas.for taking care of my Implants crowns, and all dental needs. Dr. Vargas did wonderful job for my implants crowns. Blanca (Operations Manager) is also helpful. They work as a team.

I am 71 years old and have been going to the dentist since I was five years old. This is by far the most thorough and enjoyable experience I have ever had. Not only were the staff and the doctors extremely nice and accommodating, they took 3 forms of X-rays of my mouth and explained everything in detail to me. I would more than highly recommend going to Aspen dental!!!

The people here are very kind, caring, and respectful. They treat you like family. They don't rush you and answer any questions you have. I love the idea everything is done at the facility. I would and have recommended people to go there.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this Aspen Dental location. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth did an excellent job, and I appreciated her professionalism and the quality of the cleaning. However, the front office staff consistently seems unorganized. On my recent visit, they didn’t have me in the system even though I had an appointment, and I ended up waiting close to an hour with very little communication or updates. This has been a recurring issue on multiple visits. There have also been moments of miscommunication in the past that made the experience feel unprofessional and confusing. Nothing major, but enough that it made me question the overall coordination within the office. I don’t have complaints about the clinical care itself, but the administrative side definitely needs improvement. Better communication, accurate scheduling, and more organized front-desk procedures would make a big difference.
