Bellflower Dental Group - Cosmetic and Emergency Dentist Bellflower CA

0/5 stars. DO NOT COME HERE. I NEVER write bad reviews, but this office is a JOKE. They charged me 2k upfront +$89 per month for the next 12 months , (which I was okay with & I'm traveling to LB instead of Bellflower) My consultation was on 5/21/24 wait time was about 2.5hrs (again i was okay with and understanding) They told me that in 6-8 weeks my Invisalign would come in. After calling multiple times on a weekly basis I finally got them until Sep 5, 2024 (11 weeks later) They told me I would get a new set after a month, and of-course, they're giving me the run around with no appointment confirmed. They tell me they're going to call me back and they don't; so I have to keep calling to get results and they get annoyed because I won't stop calling. I used to have braces with them about 10 years ago and NEVER had ANY ISSUES, so that's why I decided to use their services again, BUT IM REGRETTING IT TO THE FULLEST; especially that i've already paid so much upfront. They have their money, so that's why don't care and are not organized. Very unprofessional!

I came in today for myself and my daughter. Grace greeted us and was so kind. Dr. Heidi was amazing she helped me clearly understand my diagnosis and guided me through making a decision that is best for me.. Also, the dentist that seen my daughter was kind and compassionate towards my daughter whom normally has a hard time at the dentist. Lastly, Ms. Pam was very attentive as usually making sure everyone was seen and everything was going smoothly. I really love it here at Bellflower Dentist and there’s no other dentist I will trust with myself and my family.

Love the dentist, the atmosphere, the kindness and care that they provide made me finally get the dental work that I needed started. They made me feel very comfortable and secure in their services by the way they treated me. They took the time to explain things thoroughly so that I can make the right choice for myself. I really appreciate Bellflower Dental Group and highly recommend them.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here for Ortho. We have been inconvenienced for the past year by having to take my children to a location in Cypress or Long Beach. We live right down the street from the Bellflower location but cannot be seen there even though that's the location we signed up at. We've been canceled on so many times, that my children can go 2 months without their wires and bands haven't been changed which is so unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I really enjoy coming to BFDG and I always appreciate Dr Tsibel taking care of me. And his assistant Nancy is amazing and all the other staff! I would highly recommend for you guys to check this place out.!

I recently visited Bellflower Dental. It was the best dental experience I ever had. I was fitted for a lower partial with 2 teeth extractions and a prep for a crown. The injections were completely painless. The staff were very friendly, professional and extremely efficient. They calmed my fears as I was very nervous. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know. I have since had to have all my teeth removed and received dentures they are very gentle caring and have helped with the price and payments very friendly staff Great doctors

The folks at Bellflower Dental get 5 stars because they go above and beyond what I expected from them. I have been a patient since 2015 and am in the middle of getting implants for a snap in upper denture. It has been challenging, but they make every effort to make me comfortable and get the implants to integrate. The process has taken a little longer than. I was expecting, but they take the attitude of doing it right as opposed to moving you through their system like assembly line dentistry. Dr Sami, Dr Hunt, Melody, Pamela, Carina, and all the others who work at this office are true4 professionals and are terrific. They make me feel like I am family.
