I want to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Pandey and her wonderful staff, especially Allie, for the exceptional care provided to my mother-in-law. She was experiencing challenges with her denture bridge and molar tooth, and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure she felt comfortable, informed, and well-cared for throughout the treatment process. Dr. Pandey demonstrated outstanding expertise and genuine empathy, taking the time to clearly explain every step and address our concerns with patience. Allie was incredibly kind and supportive, making each visit smooth and stress-free. Thanks to their dedication, my mother-in-law is now feeling so much better. So happy I found Dr. Pandey. I was extremely nervous/terrified of dentists. She is amazing, excellent work and gentle manner. I experienced no pain. Everyone here is great from front desk to specialists. I recommend them 100%! Great care at reasonable price.

I genuinely can’t say enough great things about this amazing all-women dental practice. Dental visits aren’t usually the most comfortable experience, but there’s something about the energy here that instantly puts you at ease. From the warm welcome at reception (thanks to Eva!) to the care and attention throughout, you just know you’re in good hands. Krista is an absolute magician when it comes to cleaning! I’ve been to so many places, but no one has the touch she does. Her cleanings and whitening treatments are incredibly thorough yet somehow completely painless—no pricks, no discomfort, just a smooth, refreshing experience. And then there’s Dr. Pandey—she’s not just skilled, she’s meticulous and truly invested in my dental health. She takes the time to explain everything, making sure one feels informed and cared for. The entire team is warm, professional, and attentive. If you’re looking for a dentist who makes the experience as comfortable as it is effective, this is the place. Highly, highly recommend!

I’ve had a great experience at this dental practice and can honestly say I’m really impressed. The quality of work is outstanding, and I trust them completely with my dental care. I’ve had a few cavity fillings done here, and years later, they’re still holding up perfectly—no issues at all. The staff is warm and welcoming including Dr. Pandey (dentist), Krista (Hygienist), and Allie (dental assistant). Everyone is kind, approachable, and genuinely wants to help, which makes a big difference when it comes to dental visits.What I really appreciate is their integrity—there’s no pressure to do anything unnecessary and I love how straightforward everything is.They don’t overcomplicate things or try to sell you services you don’t need. It’s all about providing quality care with a no-frills, get-the-help-you-need attitude. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great, honest dental practice. It’s been such a positive experience for me, and I’m glad I found them!

Dr Pandey and her care team are excellent! They take great care of my family’s dental needs.

First let me start by saying, I am terrified of dental work. On my way to my appointment with Dr. Pilot I contemplated turning around numerous times. His office was great clean, professional, and friendly. I know this is a review for Dr. Pilot but his staff members, Allie Dental Assistant I believe, I don't know dental titles sorry if this is wrong. and Melanie at the front desk immediately calm my nerves. I was late to my appointment, they did not make me feel bad at all instead they comforted me and helped me with my paper work as I have not seen a Dentist in 2 years. Dr. Pilot, where do I begin. From the get go he was kind and welcoming. As I am border line freaking out in the chair this friendly Doctor comes up to me and greets me by first name and shakes my hand telling me we will take all the time you need. Made me feel like I was the only one there....which I was not. He explained the procedure and gave me options. What I respected the most was he gave me recommendations if this were him in the chair knowing what he knows. Allie, was amazing 10/10! she was honestly pivotal to me actually making it there, and then coming in the very next day for more work. She calmed me down the entire time and also answered I think close to 100 questions I had asked. I found it extremely easy to speak with her, which has not been the case in my past experiences at other practices. That fact that I was able to genuinely speak with her comfortably is what really promoted me to get all my work done over 2 days. (3 Cavities one nearing root canal, 1 extraction, and 1 more extraction to go.) She was extremely patient with me the whole time and although, I could not see her smile under the mask it felt like she was the entire time. Melanie, at the front desk was also 10/10. I think I have called about 10 times with numerous questions and she answered them all! I found out that she was also a Dental Assistant for 10 years, it's all coming together now! She is extremely personable and immediately made me feel like I have been going there for years. I will be continuing my appointments at Dr. Pilots office as this has been the best experience I have had at a dental office....For the first time in my life during a dental procedure I did not feel any pain from the drilling.... not even the extraction. I am at a loss of words for what this office has done for me.... I woke up with no pain today whatsoever, 1 day after the procedure. I hope one day to take my future family here....If I could take my dog in.... I would!

I’ve been going to Dr. Pilot for 5yrs now and can’t say enough about him and his crew. They’re all extremely kind, generous with their time and effort to make you feel better. I never feel like I am just a number to them. I leave happier and looking forward to my next teeth cleaning- Who even says that about a dentist!?
