Newport Dental

I'm providing this feedback as the guardian and not the patient. Everything went pretty smoothly and efficiently beginning from check-in to the time of leaving. The only comment I have is that the person I spoke with at the end of the visit didn't introduce himself to me so I didnt know if I was speaking with the dental hygienist or the dentist. It would have been helpful to know who I was talking with.

The clinic is excellent, starting right from the front desk experience. I’ve had bad experiences before, but the staff here are so lovely and genuinely friendly with the patients. That positive first impression was the starting point that made me switch clinics to be treated here. My entire family has moved to have their dental work done here. Getting to meet the dentist and the dental assistant inside the clinic made me feel even more reassured. They provided great consultation and advice regarding my gums and teeth, and patiently answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is afraid of going to the dentist. Newport Dental is truly outstanding!

I want to share my experience with the dentist because it truly touched me. I’ve had quite a bit of trauma from past dental visits, so I was really nervous going in. However, the team made an incredible effort to ensure I felt heard and understood. Initially, I was scheduled for two root canals, but after explaining my history of being hospitalized due to a severe facial swelling, they took the time to do a few more X-rays and discovered that four of my anterior teeth were deeply infected. Their gentleness was remarkable—I honestly didn’t feel any pain at all, which was such a relief. Even afterwards, when I started feeling a bit of roughness on my tooth and the numbing started to fade, they brought me back in without delay. The dentist was so gentle that I only felt a slight vibration, which made all the difference. I felt safe and cared for throughout the entire process, and I truly appreciate the compassion they showed me. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit! 😊✨

Been coming here for years, and every visit feels welcoming. When I walk in, it genuinely feels like everyone remembers my name, which makes a big difference. The dental work has been consistently solid over time, even with some staff changes along the way. Huge bonus that it’s only a five minute walk from my office. Highly recommend.

The most comfortable dental experience I have ever had. The staff is so pleasant and attentive. The dentists make your time there painless. I was shocked at the level of service and professionalism I received from Newport Dental. They will always be my dentists.
