Miyuki H Nagata DDS / Best Smiles

My wife and I have been coming to Best Smiles Dental in Factorial for many years. We've had many other dentists in our lives, but Dr. Miyuki Nagata is the best we've ever had. Dr. Nagata and her staff are always so friendly and accommodating and she is very gentle and truly cares about her craft and the comfort of her patients. Best Smiles Dental is also open on Saturday which gives you a lot of scheduling options. Highly recommend Best Smiles Dental and Dr. Nagata.

I’m happy with the level of care I received from Dr. Nagata’s clinic during my past few interactions. Everything was great, for the genuine attention Dr. Nagata shows during the visits and the clear explanations she provides, to the friendliness of the staff and the promptness in scheduling.

All my family have been going to this dental office for over 3 years now. I have to admit that I really hate to going to the dentist.. until I found this dental clinic. Front desk person was very knowledgeable to check my dental insurance to make sure the coverage ( fortunately, I did not have any cavity). when my 6 years old needed some cavity filling (They have Kids room setting for Children. My son loves to go to the dentist Now!!) , she gave me some proposal and explained my benefit so that I know what is the cost. Assistant is also sweet. She always welcoming and give some small talk to make me relaxed. Dr. Nagata is very calm and never seems to rush. She always explained me and answers my question. This is the biggest reason all my family go to this clinic. Most of dentist I went were always too rush to just take care of the patient not people. This clinic is very small family oriented type dental office.

I have had the best experience here. The doctor is very professional, caring and compassionate. She really cares about my overall oral health and always suggests the best care. Highly recommend!

I don’t usually write reviews but let me express my satisfaction and joy visiting her place. She did the cleaning procedure with care and clearly described what she is doing and how much it costs. Since I got my wisdom tooth extracted few months ago, I had limited amount of benefits left for this year. She quickly checked and provided me with the statement which helped me decide whether to wait for few months or do it on the visit. At the end, I asked for few adjustments and she and her assistant was welcome with my request. I recommend this place for everyone.

Dr Nagata is a very gentle and thorough dentist. She takes time and always recommends possible treatments. She is very good with my 5 year old daughter too. Highly recommended.
