Kemahli Dental

My family and I have been going to Kemahli Dental for years and it’s honestly the best dental office I’ve been to. Dr. Kemahli is amazing and explains everything so clearly, which puts you at ease. The hygienist, Sukhi, is incredibly gentle and so sweet. Jaden at the front desk is also super accommodating and kind. The whole office feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. Can’t recommend enough!!

I highly recommend Kemahli Dental! My husband and I found their office after moving to the area from out of state, and I am so glad we did. Everyone at Kemahli Dental is genuinely kind and helpful, and Dr. Kemahli takes great care of his patients. I’m always a bit nervous at the dentist, but he is great at making his patients comfortable and explaining everything he’s going to do. Definitely the best dental office I’ve been to.

I attempted to schedule annual dental cleanings for myself and my children as new patients through the Kemahli Dental website. Upon review, it appears that Kemahli Dental is not a family dental clinic, which should be more clearly indicated on their site. After using the "Schedule Online" feature, I received a call from the receptionist, Jaden, who informed me—rather brusquely—that the clinic does not treat children under 14 years old and that I "should have booked with a pediatric dentist." This restriction was not visible on the website or during the booking process. I had assumed Kemahli was a family dental clinic due to a lack of restrictions being clearly indicated. Jaden also explained that my appointment had been made through a third-party platform (Zocdoc) and that the clinic could not modify or cancel appointments made through that system due to a lack of integration. (To be clear, I selected the "book online" button per the image below and had not scheduled via a Zocdoc website). As someone with two decades of experience in healthcare technology, I found this lack of system integration concerning, as it results in a fragmented and frustrating patient experience. On a previous occasion, I scheduled an appointment and received daily text reminders that invited me to cancel or reschedule by replying to the message. I attempted to cancel due to a last minute work trip by texting "cancel" repeatedly over several days and also emailing the clinic. About a week later, I received a brief text confirming the cancellation, along with a note that the office "doesn’t work weekends." Administrative staff form a patient’s first impression of a clinic. Based on my interactions, scheduling and communication were challenging and left me uncertain about how the office might manage more complex needs such as billing or emergency care coordination. I am rating the clinic 3 out of 5, based solely on my limited experience with administrative and scheduling interactions.

It’s so important to be able to trust your dentist, and I trust Kemahli dental! They are good at what they do, honest, and everyone there is so pleasant! They do a great job of explaining what they’re doing and why they’re doing it, and it is totally worth the drive to see them. I highly recommend their practice!

Sukhi is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever been to. Her treatment quality is top notch: She is generally very caring and checks in with you throughout the treatment. Sukhi makes sure to address all the questions or concerns of the patients and also recommends preventative measures.

I’ve been going here for years, probably the best practice I’ve been to in the PNW. Honest feedback, no pressure for things you don’t need, uses AI tech to identify spots that are likely to turn into cavities down the line, affordable. Also, made my jagged lower teeth look brand new (in a way that matches all of my other teeth well). Love the little family vibe they have.

I decided to switch dentist in the area and this was a great decision. Sukhi, Jayden, and Dr. Kemahli were all professionals with high standards. They also made me feel at ease for various procedures.
