This is the best clinic I’ve ever visited. I am always treated with the utmost care and kindness. Everyone on this team is absolutely wonderful and make visiting the dentist less stressful. Not only that, but I appreciate the willingness to work with patients and their differing situations, it speaks so highly of their work ethic and commitment to helping people care for their oral health. I highly recommend visiting this office, it’s a truly wonderful experience each time.

This was my least anxious dental visit to date. The staff were exceptionally friendly, patient, and understanding. My appointment started on time, and every team member I interacted with took the time to ensure I fully understood each step of the process. I would like to give special recognition to Dr. Shireman for clearly explaining the dental treatment plan best suited for me and thoughtfully guiding me through my options so I could make an informed decision. I truly appreciated his approach and professionalism. I look forward to my next appointment.

I had a great first experience today. The whole team was wonderful. I was greeted by Edwin, who was very helpful with my X-rays and getting me set up for my care. The dentist was quite funny—he had a great sense of humor, which helped me relax after years of dental trauma. He also gave me valuable insight into postpartum dental care, which felt both helpful and reassuring as a patient. The dental hygienist and dental assistant did an excellent job. I didn’t need any numbing medication for my cleaning—such gentle hands. I’m officially a fan of this place. Thank you for the care and consideration during my treatment today.

I had a great experience here. The environment was very friendly and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Dr. Shireman was professional and experienced, and he suggested two treatment options so that I could choose the most cost-effective one. Nothing makes me more anxious than going to the dentist! But the team at Good Tooth always makes me feel at ease. They double and triple check my comfort before, during, and after any treatment I get. And beyond that, my care has always been top notch. I much appreciate the entire staff at this office!

Dr Shireman treated me today with the greatest professionalism and care. Apparently I have a complicated case and though it took many hours, he and his staff made me feel comfortable and communicated very clearly my options and the procedures he recommended. I feel so grateful today and cannot thank them enough for their knowledge and attentiveness! I feel the highest respect for Dr Shireman and Good ToothDental ! I appreciated his entire staff, very friendly and just great people! Thank you for helping me through my difficult procedure.

After the change of ownership, this place has gone downhill significantly. The previous owner and his team were much better. BTY is a terrible disappointment. The appointment started 20 minutes late, Dr. Shireman and his assistant were distracted, listening to loud music, talking more about trivial things and searching for missing equipment than focusing on a thorough teeth cleaning. Dr. Shireman said they would contact me regarding referrals to other specialists. No call followed. The teeth cleaning was one of the two worst I've ever had. It was so poor and short that plaque remained on my teeth. I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months. Two weeks later I went to another dentist who asked, "When was the last time you had your teeth cleaned?" He was bewildered when I replied, "Two weeks ago."
