Bellevue Park Dental

I want to share my experience to help others make an informed decision, especially if you are considering Invisalign or orthodontic treatment here. I started Invisalign treatment at Bellevue Park Dental and unfortunately developed a very serious TMJ issue during the process. When I brought up my symptoms and concerns, I did not feel that the office had the expertise to properly evaluate or manage TMJ complications related to orthodontic treatment. What was most concerning is that even after I consulted with a TMJ specialist and a professional orthodontist who did not recommend restarting orthodontic treatment, Bellevue Park Dental still told me it was "fine" to simply start over. That response made me feel dismissed and unsafe, especially given how severe my symptoms became. To be clear, this office appears to be run by general dentists, not an orthodontist. Invisalign can seem "simple," but it is still orthodontic treatment and can have real consequences when bite changes are involved. If you are considering Invisalign here, I strongly recommend doing additional research, asking who will be managing your case, and getting a second opinion from a board certified orthodontist, especially if you have any history of jaw issues or bite problems.

The dental treatment itself was good, and the hygienist did a great job. However, I was disappointed by the lack of communication about billing. I wasn’t told that my visit would be billed as a different type of cleaning, and no estimate or invoice was provided. Weeks later, I just received a text message stating the amount due, without any explanation.

Just moved to Bellevue and wanted to get an Invisalign for myself but ended up getting for my bf too. Shana was nice and polite when I called to make an appointment and make the process very quick and easy. Dr. Hong was nice, thorough and very detail. Gbemi and Kaelyn were very nice and friendly. Excellent quality. The dentists make recommendations, but aren't pushy/insistent about them if you choose a different approach.

My family and I have been going to Park Dental for our dental needs for years now. We go there for periodic cleaning, checkups and so on. The doctors and staff are kind, super nice and friendly and make us feel comfortable and we have always had a great experience. I recently finished Invisalign treatment and I am very happy with the results. I was very hesitant to get it at first but I am very glad I decided to do it. Dr. Huong is very good at what she does and I am very happy about how the whole treatment process went. I highly recommend this place.

Great care! Friendly and supportive staff! Doctors are well-versed in their practice! I got my wisdom teeth removed and had to undergo IV Sedation for it. I felt comfortable during the whole procedure (didn’t feel a thing) and am making a smooth recovery. Also, I am receiving periodontal treatment with Invisalign here and the staff walks you through step-by-step on treatment and care.

I haven't had the best experiences with dentists in the past, but I absolutely love this office. They're very compassionate and they truly care. Valerie is great and makes you feel like you've been friends with her forever. Dr. Park is wonderful and takes his time and does things right. They make sure that you're comfortable and after a wisdom tooth extraction, I even got a call to make sure that I was feeling okay. The procedure was quick and not painful. I will definitely be a long time patient.
