I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! The entire team is so kind, patient, and professional. They always make sure I’m comfortable and explain everything clearly. My teeth have never felt better , truly an amazing dentist!

Only because there aren't zero stars. Had a broken tooth, called them they say come in at 12:30. Got there at 12:20 only to be told they were at lunch until 1. After 2 1/2 hours and an estimate of $1500.00 to pull 2 teeth and supposedly antibiotics we left. Antibiotics weren't called in. It was a waste of 2 1/2 hours. Very disorganized and unprofessional.

S hMy only complaint is 2X now I've been assured they have the paperwork to pull my teeth for my beautiful new dentures. I've called ahead to double check The answer is always a green light. After the first time, no, they needed more paperwork. I call 3 times the two days before my last appointment and the morning of the appointment. My PCP called two days before to make SURE everything was cleared to go. No, when I got there I waited 3 hours then found out everything wasn't ready. I left in disgust. I've spent 7 months trying to get my oral surgery done without quite making it. I just left last time. I was too upset and disappointed to even talk.

False information. After waiting about 1 hour , she told me that the person who is gonna do the dental clean is not available. I don’t like the lady doctor and the person who was taking photoes of my teeth.they are kinder rude.

NEVER AGAIN! Appt was at 1:30pm it is now 4pm and only x-ray photos have been taken. The Staff is immature and the place looks so ghetto. There isn’t even wall outlets plates put on the plugs! i was told what brought me in and i said a cleaning. She said well first it’s a checkup and then the Dentist will let you know. So you’re telling me i’ve been here nearly 3 hours to MAYBE not even get a cleaning??? Never again

If i can give this place 0 i would such a bad experience every-time i come had an appt and they took 4 hours for them to see my daughter mind you it was a basic cleaning . Recently i went and i was told my other daughter is not on the system mind you she had been there two times already was told she was going to call and see about what happened there was no sign of her calling anyone while waiting my daughter comes up to me and she tells me she was an ant on her pants comes to find out it was a flea so thats another thing.ended up getting up and cancelling the appt i supposedly had I rather drive back to houston and take them there. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Do not waste your time here.

I can not say enough good about this office, Sandra, Theresa, and Mia were top notch with EVERYTHING, from helping figure out care credit, to just making my daughter feel like family. They were always checking for her comfort, and mine. Thank You!!!!
