I was positively surprised! The dentist office lobby was well lighted and clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. I waited for a while, but the dentist ( Mr Gamble) came to the front and talked to me breaking the ice and asked me if any thing in my mouth was bothering me, or what was the reason for my visit. Made me feel welcome! The rest of the staff was very compassionate and kind. Very modern equipment, I am very happy about my first evaluation, and will be back to finish my treatment for sure . I had a fantastic experience at Baytown Modern Dentistry! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I want to give a special shoutout to dental assistants Nancy and Jacquelyn for their excellent work during my deep cleaning. They made the process comfortable and thorough. Additionally, Anna and Kyle at the front desk were super helpful and always greeted me with a smile. I highly recommend coming here for any dental needs. I came to Baytown Modern Dentistry for information and help for my special needs son, and the experience was wonderful. Anna was so patient, kind, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. She even spoke directly with my son and answered his questions, which meant a lot to us. Dr. Harness and his dental assistant Nancy were great, and Kyle was very helpful as well. The entire staff was caring and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Most people dread anything dental, to my surprise I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and made every question seem a pleasure to answer! Thought I was being "pranked" lol, but no this place is the real deal. Dental Assistant Bri, Jacquelyn for the deep cleaning, and that front desk angel Anna! All were amazing! Too bad 5 stars is as high as the rating goes...it was definitely a 10 star visit!
