I was extremely pleased with the whole experience from greetings to the time I left. There was very little waiting at any stage. All the staff were very pleasant and kind. I am very anxious when it comes to the dentist. I was blessed to see Dr Willis today, I found him to be very reassuring, helpful and not trying to rush through the appointment. His assistant today was wonderful. She walked me through everything she was doing. They were both very thorough with explanations and answering any questions I had. I am pleased to be seeing Dr. Casteen next week for my surgical consultation. I definitely plan on continuing to be treated at Capital Dental from here on out. Thank you for making the dental appointment experience a good one. I give them 10/10.

Staff were incredible. I have severe fear and anxiety with dental offices, and Dr. Casteen was amazing. He took his time and walked us through all treatment options, showing us on the computer what he was describing. Crystal is the best, kept me distracted with laughter and made the process so easy. Will not be going anywhere else!

From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff was welcoming and efficient. Dr. Willis demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise during my visit. They took the time to explain the procedures and answer any questions I had, making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The clinic itself was clean and well-maintained, adhering to high hygiene standards. The dental equipment appeared modern and up-to-date, contributing to my confidence in the quality of care. Moreover, the entire team, including the dental hygienists and administrative staff, exhibited a friendly and caring attitude, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Have been a patient since early 2000. Every visit is like seeing friends and family Very friendly Dr Casteen is the best in his field. Dr Willis is another great Dr and person. I don’t feel like just another patient or a name on the list. Even the nurses and receptionists greet me as an old friend

I am the person who hates going to the dentist, but Dr. Casteen pulled all my top teeth without pain. All the staff at the office are so very nervous ce and helpful. They made my experience so much easier than my usual dentist appointment. Thank you all for your kindness.

The doctors and their staff have been very knowledgeable and kind.I am pleased with my implants and the care I received at Captital Dental Group.I would recommend this dental office and staff to anyone. Sincerely, Kim R Wilson Had a slight issue with my night guard. One quick call and Dr. Willis; who is so nice and genuinely cares for his patients, is calling me back himself. We spoke a little while and in under his two week estimate I have a new night guard and extremely happy with this one also. The original was comfortable, but I could feel a little pressure on the two upper canines. Issue resolved on first attempt. The new night guard took away all sensation that I felt before and I will sleep easily with the new one. Great staff, all very friendly, every visit they made me feel very comfortable. They are open on the weekends very helpful for us full time employee’s. I went to them for a front tooth, the crown broke off at the gum line. I was devastated didn’t know what to do,and it was on a Friday night!! I called them they were able to see me that Sunday and within a few days they were able to give me a temporary tooth!! We decided and implant would be the best route to replace this missing tooth, and I just received the final crown and it is amazing!! You can not even tell it’s not my real tooth!! Extremely satisfied with the entire process!! Thank you Capitol!!!
