Dr. Mitchell and her entire staff have been wonderfully to me who, I must admit, am a Dentist Hater!!. My blood pressure soars when in the chair...however, from the new office ambience to the front office staff to the dental assistants to Dr. Mitchell herself, my husband and I have felt confident in our care at this new practice. They are caring and concerned but not pushy. We have been to this particular location previously with different dentists and this current dentist and her staff are a vast improvement.

I can't recommend Dr. Mitchell highly enough. She has a great bedside manner, very skilled and gentle, explains the procedure and even followed up that evening to check on my pain status. The staff at Havana St. Dental is experienced and does a great job with care and prep and the equipment is use is the most up to date and makes for an excellent overall experience. Dr Mitchell is a great dentist, very professional and will take care of all your dental needs.

My visit with Dr. Mitchell was genuinely the best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, her team made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. Dr. Mitchell took her time explaining my treatment in a clear and thoughtful way, ensuring I fully understood my options and felt confident moving forward. She is incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring — I never once felt rushed or uncomfortable. What stood out the most was how sincerely she prioritizes her patients’ comfort and care. Dr Mitchell and all of her staff are wonderful. My child has pretty severe dental anxiety and they are always so patient and kind. They do a great job of explaining treatment and making things understandable.

We recently scheduled an appointment at Dr. Chelsea Mitchel’s office to address some dental conditions. Upon arriving at her clinic, Havanna Street Dental, we were courteously welcomed by her attentive staff. While waiting for our evaluation, we enjoyed a variety of beverages and pleasant television programming. When it was time for our consultation, Dr. Mitchel conducted a thorough examination and explained our condition in detail, providing valuable recommendations tailored to our needs. We truly appreciate her dedication and care, which is why we wholeheartedly recommend and entrust her to take care of our family’s oral health.

Oh wow! What a great dental office! They got me in same day without a prior appointment ( I had insurance coverage they accepted) and they extracted an infected molar for me. I got a clear quote with options for future needed work which I knew I needed. The front office staff were great! Dr Chelsea Mitchell who owns the office was super. Plus she personally folllowed up with text the next day to check on me. Efficient, caring and fast! Great dentist office all through. Love them!
