I’ve been coming here for a couple years and I always have a great experience. Recently I saw Dr. Tamarah Al Jorani and Denise and they were incredible. So caring and compassionate. Dr. Al Jorani has amazing bedside/chair side manners and empathetic to my dental needs. They handled my financial situation so well and made sure I was able to get every thing taken care of. The Amazing receptionist/ insurance guru Tinasha (I’m hoping I’m spelling her name right) helped me so much with financial piece. This place really cares about it clients. I’ll keep coming here, even with my new 1 hour commute. It’s worth it to me when you find genuinely good people that care. Especially in this time we are living in. Great customer service still exists yall.

Dr. Kaz and her staff are really great! They sincerely care about their patients and their dental health. I've been going there for several years now and have had excellent care, from Cassie who does my cleanings to Dr. Kaz and her assistants who take wonderful care of my teeth. I honestly feel that they care about me personally. And it's always nice that when I walk in they greet me by my name, even before I check in. I like that personal touch. I highly recommend Aurora Modern Dentistry. They're a wonderful, neighborhood dental office.

My experience with Dr Al Jorani was excellent from start to finish. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. I felt that she genuinely cares about my comfort and long-term dental health. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire visit and I would highly recommend Dr Al Jorani to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust.

Lady worked with me and I love how thorough she is with my cleaning. She great and also taught me ways I need to clean my teeth that I didn’t know. I always have a good experience at Aurora Modern Dentistry!

I went to Aurora Modern Dentistry yesterday and The Whole Team from Jasmine that works at the front desk and Jasmine Mier who is the Dentist that did my deep cleaning and Talisa, Karla, Guinea, the Admin Staff, They All made me feel really comfortable because I get really nervous when I need to go to the dentist office. They are a Amazing Team and I recommend them to all of my family and friends!!! I wish that I could give them 10 Stars!!!

I’m not someone who writes reviews, but this experience was so bad I had to warn people. The clerk on the far left closest to the wall specifically when you walk in is the reason I will never return or recommend this office to anyone. I came in for a basic cleaning polish, floss, the usual. Instead, the hygienist Monica did a gum exam and suddenly claimed I "wasn’t eligible" for a regular cleaning and had to get a $300+ deep cleaning. My gums only started bleeding because she poked hard enough to get 3–4mm readings for the exam to deem not good enough for a basic clean but now a deep clean. It felt like a setup to upcharge me rather than an honest evaluation. But the real problem was the front desk clerk. This is the same woman who hung up on me the first day I called to make an appointment. She was rude on the phone, rude in person, constantly talking over me, and had zero patience when I asked simple questions about insurance and pricing. When I said I only wanted a basic cleaning for now, she cut me off and told me it "wasn’t happening" and acted like I was bothering her for wanting clarification. She even told me to "try another office" on my way out. Who says that to a patient? They did X-rays, charged my insurance for a visit and cleaning I didn’t even get, and then refused to perform the basic cleaning I came in for. It felt like they were trying to push unnecessary deep cleanings on people to make more money. And the clerk’s attitude made everything ten times worse. Bottom line: Terrible customer service. Pushy upselling. Disrespectful staff. To imagine I was in a dentist office but felt like a used car dealership the way they were being slizzy. The clerk needs retraining ASAP, because if she talks and acts to everyone the way she did to me today, I’m sure I’m not the first person she’s run off. Proudly took the time out of my day to write this so she can get some reforment in what she does for a living and realize God don't like ugly. I had a great experience working with the dental office manager Alexis. They were approachable, professional, and incredibly organized, which made every visit run smoothly. Communication was clear and timely, questions were answered thoroughly, and it was obvious they genuinely care about both patients and the team. Their leadership and attention to detail create a welcoming, efficient environment.
