My two favorite front desk staff Theresa and Sandy! They have great customer service. I always feel welcome and love their consistency. Dr Ford and Katelyn is also amazing! The whole crew is awesome!🫶

The staff is awesome and very caring. I was waiting to be picked up after my appointment, I knew that my ride would be late picking me up prior to my appointment. The staff didn't want to leave me outside, and were willing to stay until my ride came. I assured them that I'd be fine. They finally left, but one of the employees came back because she couldn't take me being alone. There are still kind hearted people in this world and I can tell they love what the do. This not just a job for them, they are devoted.

Very efficiently run medical office. The hygienist are extremely good. They always seem to know what they’re doing and are well educated by Dr. Ford on procedure very sweet and upbeat. The ladies at the front desk have been there for a while and know exactly what they are doing and are also very sweet and kind and very knowledgeable of their jobs. Good job doctor Ford. Keep up the good work. I would grade the overall experience as an A!!!

Really have enjoyed my experience here, became a patient Nov 2024, my three cleanings have been good and my one cavity experience was as good as good be expected as well.

My whole family (with husband, preteen and preschooler) goes to Innovation Family Dental and is very happy here! Dr. Ford is fantastic; the dental hygienists are thorough, gentle, patient, and friendly; and the front office staff get things done in an efficient, friendly manner! To be honest, we had to wait many months to get appointments as new patients, but now that we've been here for a few years, it was definitely worth the wait!

Great experience as always with getting my teeth cleaned. Nicolle is just the best! She is very thorough and gives really good advice on how to keep my teeth healthy. Very nice and personable too. Thank you!

My whole family has been with this practice 10+ years and we are pleased. Super friendly staff, easy to schedule and reschedule, get seen if an emergency arises, and very helpful. Kelly & Theresa are the best. Hygienists are knowledgeable and skilled. Both Drs. Donaghey and Ford are compassionate and listen to your concerns, offering multiple options. Never have any billing issues with insurance. They truly exhibit a service mindset and are here for the patients!
