Dr. Gillette and his team are great! I have been going to Ward Road Dental for over 10 years and have had nothing but great experiences each time I need a cleaning. Crystal is by far my favorite dental hygienist but they are all great and do a very thorough job. Not once have they pressured me into anything i didn’t need unlike other places I’ve been.

Always have such a positive experience with all the staff at Ward Road, whether coordinating care with Jen at the front desk to discussing important treatment plan/financial info with Nathan after visits. Crystal is an amazingly gentle hygienist, Alexi is wonderful too! Dr. Gillette listens to your concerns and addresses dental care in a patient-centered way that leaves you feeling that your best interests are always their top priority. We've had a hard time finding good, patient-centered, ethical dental care before this office and I always recommend them to others because they are the best we've ever had.

I am so very grateful that my daughter recommended Dr Gillette's Dental office for me....they went way above and beyond to take care of me yesterday & are sincerely the kindest, most trustworthy, client oriented, customer supportive & knowledgeable staff & dentist i have ever encountered in my 69 years of living on this planet! I absolutely love Ward Road Dental. I have very complex dental needs (congenital missing teeth, implants, bridges—you name it), and I’ve had a LOT of dental work over the years. Finding a dentist I truly trust is not easy, and this practice has been exceptional. The care here is calm, honest, and highly skilled. The team is thoughtful, up-to-date, and excellent at problem-solving, especially for more complex dental cases. Everything is explained clearly, and you never feel rushed or pressured. Everyone who works here is phenomenal—kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. If you’re looking for a highly skilled dentist, a calming dental office, a great place for kids, or a practice that can handle extensive dental needs, I can’t recommend Ward Road Dental enough. Also, "my smile" looks amazing now!!! 😁

Dr. Gillette and his fabulous staff have been my family’s dentist for the past five years. Everyone is so kind, caring and authentic. Dr. Gillette always takes the time to fully explain procedures and options toward my dental needs. I initially sought his service when a crown broke off and was eventually replaced with an implant. I have been a patient at Ward Road Dental for over 12 years now and between my husband and I, we have had several (sometimes complicated) dental procedures. Service is always on time and friendly. Dr. Gillette has many years of experience, some of which was in the US Air Force, and is very careful and gentle. Dental hygienist, Crystal, is so nice it’s (almost) a pleasure to get my teeth cleaned. Dr. Gillette’s assistant, Trina, and office manager, Nate, have been there longer than I have been a patient and everyone there is very knowledgeable and helpful, especially with the sometimes very confusing insurance questions. Highly recommend!

I never liked going to the dentist and actually quit going for 10 years. Eventually I needed to get a checkup and a neighbor recommended Ward Road Dental. From the staff to the quality of work they do is just amazing! It is no longer a pain to go to the dentist!
