I want to give a huge shoutout to Jose (who works the front desk) for being honest, kind and very knowledgeable with insurance. Alexis, the dental hygienist made me feel comfortable, very professional and gave me helpful tips moving forward with my situation. Honestly, everyone there was extremely friendly, professional and made me feel less anxious about coming. The office was clean, organized and you can tell they care about providing good care for their patients. Thank you again!

Making an appointment was fast and easy. I filled out everything on Smile Generation website and submitted my insurance before my visit so I had no wait time. Dr. Walker and her team did perfect work. They are friendly and very professional.

I saw Dr. Walker today at her new office & had a great experience from the front desk to hygienist to the doctor! Lovely office with coffee up front and small plants scattered around the waiting room, which made it feel warm & inviting. Since we are close to the holidays, the office was even decorated! Great visit with minimal wait time & I will definitely be back—I made my 6mo appt before I left! Thanks team!

Just had an emergency appointment with Dr Walker to help with the excruciating pain I had been in since my very traumatic tooth extraction at a totally different dental company 6 days ago. Her entire team treated me with the compassion, kindness and care that lacked last Friday. Their humanity shined thru from checking me in (thank you Joe), gently doing the X-rays and nitrous oxide (thank you Priscilla), and then Dr Walker herself both when she very thoughtfully and gently did the local anesthesia to provide me some relief from the constant ear and jaw pain AND put some medicine on the dry socket. She also answered my questions about the state of my teeth in general (I’ve had cavities and then root canal needs my whole life!) and I cannot emphasize enough the level of care. I felt safe even though I had anxiety after last week’s trauma elsewhere. THANK YOU to the entire team, Misty too! I’ll 100% be back and 10000% recommend your services ❤️❤️❤️

⚠️ Seriously awful experience at Dentists of Arvada. They broke my front tooth filling during my cleaning back in June. I drove an hour for my Oct 1st appt only for the Office Manager to rudely refuse to fix the damage they caused, imply I was lying, AND spring a surprise bill for my 'free' cleaning. Insulting, dishonest, and zero respect for patients' time. I'm gone. AVOID them. #DentistsOfArvada #BadCustomerService #Arvada
