Dr. Katie and the entire staff are so friendly, from the first call to schedule, checking in, sharing my issue with the dental assistant, and of course the smiling and knowledgeable Dr. Katie. I felt comfortable and heard the whole time. Look forward to continuing my dental care here.

Dr. Katie and her staff provide the best experience, and this comes from someone who is not a fan of going to the dentist. My last two crowns have been handled with such great care. I cannot recommend her and her staff enough!

Dr Katie Hareid purchased this business from Dr Menos and immediately informed me that I needed 2 crowns and a cavity replacement to avoid root canals. I was grossly overcharged vs the good faith estimate, despite my insurance company covering everything they committed to... I had pain following the procedures, and it turned out that I needed a root canal as a result of the work Dr Hareid performed. I was even charged hundreds of dollars for a 5 minute followup visit (due to my pain) where she confirmed that I needed a root canal.

Dr. Katie and the entire team at Fox Valley Dental Center are always welcoming, kind, and helpful. My kids and I have always had a good experience.

I have been going to Fox Valley Dental Center for well over a year. I am so glad to have found a dental office I don't actually hate going to! Dr. Hareid and the whole team are so kind and non-judgemental. I do believe I'm getting the best dental care I've ever had. I also love the new office with the big windows that I can relax and watch a bit of nature for a while.

I highly recommend Dr. Katie and her team. I cracked part of a tooth off on a Sunday so I called the emergency number. Within an hour Dr. Katie called me back and assured me they would get me in on Monday (I was not in pain). At 7:30 on Monday the office called and said they could get me in at 10:00. Dr. Katie did an awesome job on my tooth and it looks as good as new.
