Falsely diagnosed my child with an abscess they clearly did NOT have, refused to show me this abscess on x-ray taken when I asked MULTIPLE times in person, follow up appointments and phone calls. (Trust your mommy gut or just your own common sense when they diagnose and it doesn’t make sense!!!) they made me pay a non refundable deposit of several hundred dollars to book an extensive and VERY invasive surgery. I finally threw down more money I didn’t have, and got a second option and legally requested the X-rays sent from dental associates to our new dentist, and for the VERY FIRST TIME got to see them, and upon second opinion, no abscess whatsoever- not even a "maybe" or "it could look like it to someone else"…. An absolute "no, they lied to you entirely", and my second opinion dentist had warned me and apologized that they’d seen this aLOT from dental associates. My poor 3year old was going to be subjected to UNNECESSARY extensive and invasive and COSTLY surgery he did NOT need, all for an insurance payout?! That’s all I can gather from this- because I did get Bucky and question this diagnosis. I feel it set it in harder for me that they were lying when they refused to SHOW me what they claimed they "found". If my child had an abscess, it would have been handled much differently and probably should have started by showing me the alleged abscess. They were holding back showing me X-rays from the get go and absolutely knew what they were doing as they lied to my face. This wasn’t an accident, or a whoopsie- DA boldly chose from the start to lie about this and I feel tried to take advantage of me as a YOUNG SINGLE MOM, thinking I’d be none the wiser to ask questions. They still kept my deposit, which I feel an exception should have been made to cancel under the circumstances…. We literally didn’t go forward with a surgery, because we were LIED too- not just "oh maybe"- we were absolutely, knowingly lied too, start to finish, and pressured to book a surgery that didn’t need to happen or be booked in the first place. I’d still like my money back, DA. I do still feel you owe me that. I truly do. I understand non refundable deposits- I take them at my job too. But you were caught in a scam, and I think you should make it right.

Quite possibly the absolute worst dentist conglomerate ever unless you have deep pockets. If you live trying to get to when your benefits recycle, go somewhere else because your first visit here will max you out and you're either stuck paying out of pocket or waiting another year for more dental work. This place cares.....about how big your wallet is. They con you into situations where you have to keep going back. They'll give boxed advice then tell you if it doesn't work then come back. Sure, so they can collect another office visit fee. They care absolutely nothing about your dental health. Overpriced, rude, condescending, and complete con artists. The reception staff isn't helpful, and customer service totally sucks. Good luck getting the information you need and you can look forward to them screwing up your insurance benefits then billing you the whole amount and claim you have no insurance. Give the smaller practices a look and put your money back into your community instead of on these guy's yahts and golf club bags.

Took my kids in for a regular exam and cleaning. The entire experience was disappointing. You feel like just a number here. Kids were seated in opposite ends of the exam room so it was impossible to keep an eye on both. Hygienist acted as if we were a bother. Never addressed the kids by name or even a smile. Both kids noticed this and told me afterwards they didn't like it here. Never going back.

I was very happy with there services. I didn't even have to wait a year to get in. Like most Dentists. Clinic was clean, organized and the staff was very nice to work with.

Dr Cheney is amazing I had 3 front teeth with very visible decay I had them previously fixed by another dentist about 2 years ago and they were uncomfortable and not smoothed correctly eventually two filings came out and the one Dr Cheney just removed due to it being to dark of a filing to match my actual tooth color I went to Dr Cheney not hoping for much just maybe some new filings but he has giving me my smile back for 5 year I suffered through not liking my smile but the work Dr Cheney has done has been nothing short of stunning I honestly can’t tell where the tooth stops and the filling starts the filling it’s so perfectly fit that even feeling with my finger there is no bumps or cracks I can’t thank Dr Cheney enough he has gained me as a patient for the rest of his career.

My experience was quite pleasant. I waited only a couple minutes before being called to my appointment. My cleaning was done, efficiently and professionally. My dental hygienist was personable, amusing, and informative.

Although the context of the place was like a factory setting compared to a small private dental practice (which I had previously been accustomed to), the experience was great: quickly able to make an appointment, was treated by all staff with friendly smiles, and the dental treatment was second to none.
