Aspen Dental - Appleton, WI (Darboy)

Went to this dentist a few years ago, and didn’t realize how bad my experience was here until trying a new dentist office. I struggle taking great care of my teeth and felt like the people working with me were very judgmental and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. They had said I had periodontitis and I paid around $800 for a special cleaning, to later find out that I don’t even have this condition. Overall just a very negative experience for me.

Very fast! Went in for tooth pain, and they were able to pull the tooth that same day. I will say with the fast paced experience came with not very personable exchanges. Not many greetings or explanation of the cause of the pain, or recommendations. I had to ask a ton of questions to get clarification as I feel not much was explained after exam. Good practice, just wish the dentist were more personable and made me feel a little more comfortable with getting a tooth pulled..

Continuously have a called every day this week and last week trying to schedule a filling and have my wellness exam filled out for insurance. Never once have I gotten an answer, just their automated system saying someone will be with me shortly. No answer or a phone call back after leaving a message.

The staff are wonderful. They do good work. Kudos to the dentist. I felt absolutely no discomfort or pain. The young lady that assisted was wonderful.

Went in for agonizing tooth pain and then did absolutely nothing about it. Only tried to discuss cosmetic options, ended up paying 300 for the conclusion I'll need a root canal which I already knew. They did an awful job of explaining that they outsource for dental work. Ridiculous, do not waste your time or money. If I could give negative stars I would.

Wasted trip! went in knowing exactly what I needed, was forced into getting exam just to be told what I already knew, didnt get any help and was referred to another dental office that is telling they dont perform the required work I need done. Absolutely terrible service overall!

BE AWARE! I never write reviews, I went in for a cleaning, did not get a cleaning. Instead they tried to sell me a cleaning that I "needed" for 2500$. I could see the disappointment when I told them no thank you, I will think about it.
