I took my almost 3 year old daughter here for her first ever dental experience. I wanted to wait until she was old enough to understand so it wouldn’t be traumatic since she had major stranger danger when she was younger. She loved every bit of her experience here and so did I with her! The staff was so friendly and took pride in what they do. You could tell they really love working with kids. They made her first experience a memorable one and she genuinely had fun! Would recommend this place to anyone that wants a friendly atmosphere, quality dental work, and an overall great dental experience. They even thought to have a step stool in their bathroom for kids to go potty and wash their hands along with a kids table with books in the waiting room. They think of everything!

As always, Amanda was perfect. Fun but totally professional. My teeth look whiter. And Dr. McConnell was easily able to grind the sharpness on tooth 29 down so it’s no longer sharp.

Not the place for me. 🙁 Don’t be fooled by all of the glamorous reviews, they do a fancy give away if you leave a positive review. If you’re going in for a routine cleaning - the ladies are great! If you need actual work done DO NOT go here. I had a SMALL filling done by Dr. McConnell and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I don’t say that lightly. She hit my mouth with one of the tools so my cheek was tore up for a week after. I also had severe sensitivity/pain when chewing and went back twice for it. At the first appointment she did not take me serious with how much pain I was in, adjusted the bite and then sent me on my way. Next appointment I was very firm that something was wrong with the amount of pain I was in. I couldn’t eat, sleep, and was miserable. She said she can send over a referral for a root canal "if I want." I did end up getting a referral and got the root canal. My tooth was severely INFECTED and doing the root canal made it spread to my jaw. i was in so much pain and looked like I had a tennis ball in my cheek, along with severe bruising on my jaw line. After missing days of work, countless endodontist appointments, & oral surgery visits I am still not done dealing with this. I also used up all my emergency money with my insurance on those two visits for the pain at her office that I didn’t have any left for the oral surgeons or endodontist. I also got a night guard made there and even that isn’t adjusted right to my teeth lol I seriously had the worst experience here. Save yourself the trauma and go elsewhere.

Oh my cleaning and exam and Bite Wings went very smoothly! Michele did a wonderful job and she is so experienced. Her touch around each tooth as she removed buildup and flossed was also done as she hummed to soft music in the air as if I was doing it so gently. Dr McConnell is so caring and knowledgeable and always is a professional as she does her exams now for 6 plus yrs! A+

Dr. McConnell and her entire team have always treated me with kindness and patience. They take the time to create a positive experience, Emily has been a true God send. Her whit and ease make my visits better! From the moment you walk in, until you say see you next time, you are treated timely, with respect and given excellent dental care.

Everyone there is warm and welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. They were accommodating and upfront with pricing while providing wonderful service. The doctor was very cognizant of my concerns throughout the entire process. The work I had done looks fantastic, allowing me to smile freely without embarrassment.

Another great experience at Artistic Smiles Dentistry! I came in for a cleaning check and also needed a new mouth guard and they were able to make it all happen while I was there. Can’t say enough about all the wonderful employees, they genuinely care about you and your experience!
