Dr. Nikki and her assistant Elena are the absolute power team. They were able to make me feel confident again in fixing visible issues on my front teeth! They went above and beyond in fixing previous fillings and making them comfortable again! 10/10 recommended them! They work seamlessly together. They make sure you are comfortable at all times during your procedures and happy with the results before you leave the chair!! Truly a dentist and assistant that REALLY enjoy their jobs and making sure people are satisfied! They are both very meticulous!!!
HORRIBLE experience! I never ever made a review in my life, but in this case….I want to warn others not to take your kids there. Or yourselves for that matter. I sent my older teenage daughter there for cleaning… She has been to the dentist twice a year for her entire life and so she knows exactly what it feels like to get her teeth cleaned and has felt many pain levels from having braces in the past. It was uncomfortable at times, but never shed a tear or complained about any of those experiences. Our insurance changed, so we went to Appleton Dental this time. The hygienist was very rough and careless… Tore up her gums on every side with that sanding tool. Then, when he went in with his manual utensils, he continued to miss the tooth and slid into her gums in several areas, leaving visible marks. She was in tears—she put her hand up and said she was in pain… They could not verbally communicate because the hygienist spoke no English. She gave him the "stop" hand signal a second time. He took the tool out, mumbled something she couldn’t understand….then adjusted the speed or something of the drill and carried on….despite the clear attempt to communicate and obvious body signals she was giving. The glasses he gave her moved up onto her forehead, so her eyes were open and spray was all over in her face, including her eyes. She tried to adjust the glasses and he got clearly annoyed and smooshed the glasses back down where they should be. She also had spray all over her sweatshirt and down her neck, even though they had that little protector thing on. And then at the end, when he applied the grainy toothpaste—-rather than putting it on the soft applicator, he just put it on his finger and smeared it all over her mouth very roughly with his finger. Very few opportunities were given to swish and rinse during whole process and ended up swallowing quite a bit of crap. She was clearly distraught from the experience—to the point of throwing up…. I have a call in to discuss this matter…but just putting this review out there hoping no one else, child or adult..ever has to go through this type of traumatic experience.
Dr. Vikas did an amazing job tightening my implants and doing a filling! I appreciated his gentle, skilled, experienced manner. He has a patient and communication that made me feel truly heard, and was willing to work with me. Very greatfull, definitely reccomend:)
I have been getting dental care for about 2 years at Chrome. I usually have Katrina and Dr. Gaurav. I love them. They are very kind and make me feel so comfortable. They explain everything clearly and allow questions if I need to ask. They get me in and cared for right away. That goes for my appointments as well. They usually have appointments for me within a day. I highly recommend. Also Thankyou Chrome Dental, you've been wonderful with me being a new denture wearer. I never felt embarrassed. Sincerely, Mona
My appointment today was intake new patient and I was nervous as I know I have some problem teeth and some cavities. The staff from the front desk all the way to the dental assistant and dentist all were beyond friendly and not once said anything bad. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and they actually were able to do two extractions which I wasn’t expecting at the first appointment! Absolutely amazed with the experience as I’ve had some terrible ones in the past at a different dentist when I was a child. The assistant made sure the pre numbing was working and ensured it didn’t wear off before I got the injections to numb. Once I got the injections I only felt one spot but that’s only due to how bad my tooth was decayed and not due to any fault on the team. Once that spot was numb I didn’t feel any of the pokes at all! I didn’t feel any pain during my extractions and the entire time the team working on my teeth were communicative and comforting me also ensuring I have no pain. Even made me laugh during the extractions! I am beyond pleased and happy with my experience. Was very quick and loved the personalities of the staff they were truly great! I doubt I’ll be nervous coming back for future appointments as this one was very well done! If you hate going to the dentist or are scared of going, give this place a try honest!
This place has some of the most caring and kind staff. I absolutely do not like going to the dentist, but the doctors here are so patient and take their time explaining things and make sure you feel comfortable. The building itself is nice and clean. I've never felt more comfortable at a dentist in my life!
only downside is u could sit and wait awhile to be seen.. but otherwise the staff is dentists are nice
