Gentle Dental Apple Valley

Great care, with patience and kindness! It’s been awhile since I’ve had dental work, mostly because of the fear of pain. Dr. Saed was very caring . He explained everything and made sure I was ok while working on my teeth. He checked in with his assistant to make sure she covered everything he told her to do, she was very nice and knowledgeable. They both made me feel very comfortable! Thank you very much for your care. You both make a great team.

The best! The dentist himself if absolutely wonderful. He explains things so well and takes his time with the patient. The entire staff is very nice & there has never been a lengthy wait time. I highly recommend!

Had two dental emergencies done here. One in Feb and just this month. So glad they were available cause I was in so much pain during those times. Both times with Dr. Saed. He was thorough with explaining to me what is going on and what needs to be done. He did great with the dental procedure as well.

On 6/20/25, I went to Gentle Dental for x-rays. The woman at the front desk ran my insurance and told me there would be no cost. On 6/30/25, I unexpectedly received a bill for $183.00. When I asked them to bill my secondary insurance, they refused. I spoke with them multiple times by phone and email, but they continued to insist I pay $183 instead of properly billing. I then called both of my insurance companies and spoke to nine representatives in total. Every single one confirmed the x-rays should have been fully covered. They agreed that Gentle Dental’s billing department seems incompetent and unwilling to do their job. After spending four full days trying to resolve this with complete resistance from Gentle Dental, I filed complaints with the state and federal dental boards, as well as through my insurance companies. I want to be clear: I do NOT recommend Gentle Dental. The dentist himself was informative, but the wait time was nearly an hour, and the billing office has been unprofessional and unhelpful.

Wasted my time I spent 2 hours there they did X-rays and then clean my teeth told me there gonna put in for a deep cleaning and pull the teeth that's showing nerve doctor couldn't see me on my appt time because he decided to take someone before me I waited 2 hours for them to tell me doctor doesn't want to work on my teeth when I asked why they said they are not sure sometimes he may feel he doest want to treat a patient for his own reason so then they referred me to there specialist who has availability 1 time a month and that the slot is filled and there is a waiting list so it's safe to say my insurance paid them for the x ray the standard cleaning and the visit but no treatment so I'm looking for another dental office as we speak I will never go back.

I think the dentist there is super nice and friendly. I like going to him for all my dental needs. He gives me reassurance for the dental work. Makes it worth going to the dentist. He explains everything ahead of time and makes sure you are okay. =)

This office was great . The entire staff walked me through my teeth needs. Broke down the fees and gave no pressure. If you have teeth needs and are looking for a friendly and professional team, I highly recommend.
