Edit: Went in for service, and my balance due had changed. My insurance wasn't going to cover the service. Was told that he didn't know how to obtain the necessary forms and that "nobody does." He seemed to be very simple-minded, and I'll informed.. I walked out. He wouldn't allow me to reschedule at the time, smirked, and stated that they would be collecting payment in full, before even scheduling my next appointment. The interaction seemed "nasty" and unprofessional. Not somebody I'd want working anywhere near me, much less my mouth.. Cheers. Initial: Visited the office as a new patient today and had an awesome experience. I received outstanding care from Kay, who was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. She was extremely sweet and helpful throughout my visit. I really look forward to dropping by the office again soon. Thank you so much.

I had a great experience at Apple Valley Dental. Angelique, the hygienist, was absolutely wonderful—friendly, gentle, and thorough. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained everything clearly. Dr. Kim was also fantastic—professional, caring, and attentive. Together they made my visit smooth and stress-free. I left with my teeth feeling super clean and confident about my dental care. Highly recommend this team

The employees are helpful and kind. The Dr. Kim was awesome. Very gentle. Handled my anxiety well. Making jokes and keeping me stay calm. I’m very happy with my experience here. I will definitely recommend this dental office.

Awesome group!!!! Have been there since end of 2025 and planning to be there as my permanent dentist for my family and I. Had some deep cleaning and they did an amazing job. Nowhere nearly as painful as any other dentist I have been to. Work speaks for itself. Keep up the great work APPLE VALLEY DENTAL!!

Unbelievably superior customer service! I was treated as if I was Dr. Samuel Kim’s dad or brother. Staff was VERY professional, cordial and compassionate. Anytime I can leave the dentist’s office with no pain and discomfort—that’s a good visit. No pressure, and Dr. Kim has an excellent "bedside manner"; explained exactly what he would do, and very open for questions. Moved to the area and was fortunate to find this dentist office. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Received exam and was given a list of items that should be worked on without pushy sales pitch. Definately would recommend.

The staff in the front were nice, first time coming here. Called in with tooth pain. Dr Kim saw me and was very short, seemed uninterested, unsure and not much said. I like to ask questions but no sense of willingness to want to help. Something was off. Dentist are scary already, making someone not feel heard or safe isn’t the right approach. He mentioned to do a root canal then after asking questions goes to say "if you hadn’t mentioned pain I wouldn’t suggest a root canal". I got scared and asked for more X-rays or exams, he didn’t have time he said and nothing was done to help me. Wanted me to come back another time for further help. Unfortunately waste of my time and insurance money. Disappointed. Found another place that was amazing.
