Advanced Family Dental Care

I have gone here twice thankfully not for any huge work on my teeth but I appreciate the whole team here!! From the front to the hygienist to the main dentist. This is a quality team that you can trust with your mouth. They care about you and are all friendly! I have even been given tips here to improve the health of my teeth which I appreciate! In other words is sometimes I need to be told like it is. I have gotten just that! Hah! Thank you! My family has all gone here too and they are happy! That goes a long way with me too. Thank you Advance Family Dental Care! Great fish tank in the lobby too!!

Dr. Wild is a superior dentist, and has -great personality. He is very kind. English is my second language, but i never had any problems. He listens to patients well. All the staff are super nice also. I recommend this place.

Overall this is a great office. The dentist is very warm and friendly. Customer service is amazing. However my only thing is there’s one hygienist there who doesn’t spend much time on scaling and I feel like you don’t get a good cleaning, especially when you’re there for special Perio maintenance.

Bad experience. Dentist kept litterally grabing me by my teeth in order to turn my head. I have missing teeth on both sides, so the dentist placed a finger on each side pinched and turned my head feom side to side multiple times. I am already self contious regarding the current state of my mouth and this didnt help. Took my business else where.

Dr. Dustin and his entire team are wonderful. I was a new patient just yesterday and can honestly say that it was the best dental experience I've ever had! The office was clean and welcoming. I was greeted with smiles and kindness when I entered the office. Sarah was my assistant and she brought me right back to a room and explained everything beforehand. I didn't know that they were using the laser Solea. Its amazing too. No needles, no blood, no pain, with 2 fillings! Dr. Dustin was professional and efficient! Absolutely recommend!

I needed to have a filling repaired and some decay removed. It was the best dentist appointment ever! Dr. Wilde used a new device so no shot to numb my mouth was needed. THANK YOU DR. WILDE! I no longer dread going to the dentist for the first time in my life.

Hygenist is very good. Dr Wilde is very good. Billing department not so much. Make sure you discuss services and what exactly insurance is going to cover beforehand. I got a bill for one amount 4-6 weeks after the service. Lady there said they would look into why insurance didnt cover basic teeth cleaning. Never heard back. Received a few bills for the full amount. Called to pay last week and they said I owed half the original amount. A week later I get another bill for the full amount and they did not know why that happened and they needed the rest and that I should call the insurance company to see why they did not cover it. Isn’t that your job?
