Dentists of Anaheim Hills

I put off going to the dentist due to anxiety, after having a bad experience in the past; but I finally reached a point where I was tired of living in pain, and out of desperation, I made an appointment with Dentists of Anaheim Hills. Needless to say, over the past 8 months, I’ve needed a lot of treatments such as oral surgery, root canals, crowns and deep cleaning, but I’m so glad I chose Dentists of Anaheim Hills! I apologize for not remembering everyone by name because everyone has been professional and kind to me; but special shout outs to…. Denisse at the front desk is always welcoming, professional and helpful with scheduling, quotes and billing questions. Chelsa, did my first few cleanings. She is kind, gentle , professional and offers great advice, which I gladly welcomed. Cady is another dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth recently. She took a lot of time working on a problem area. She was very thorough and gentle. She also gave me some advice which I greatly appreciated. Last but not least, I’m so grateful to have Dr. Saber as my dentist. She has been extremely patient , caring, gentle and very professional. She lets me know what to expect and helps ease my anxiety about being there. All of these people and the rest of the staff, are what has helped me face my fears of dental offices and keeps me coming back! Thank you Dentists of Anaheim Hills!

I had an excellent experience thanks to Yahir, the dental assistant. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very caring throughout my appointment. Yahir took the time to make sure I was comfortable and explained each step clearly. His attention to detail and kind attitude truly stood out. I highly recommend requesting Yahir for your next visit; he’s exceptional at what he does. Jessica at the front desk is the best! She’s always so kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful every time I come in. She really takes the time to answer all my questions and make sure everything is clear before I leave. You can tell she genuinely cares about the patients and goes out of her way to make things easy. She’s a big reason why I actually enjoy coming to this office!

I genuinely can’t say enough positive things about my experience! From the phone call to make my appointment through my procedure, the staff were not only professional but friendly and personable as well. I came in for a second opinion and felt much more comfortable and confident with this office than the previous. Everyone here made me feel comfortable and like I were in good hands. Dr. Amy is awesome! Her personality and professionalism is top notch. If you’re looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend her. And Cady who did my cleaning was equally as awesome! If every dental office were like this one, no one would be afraid to go. This is above 5 stars!

I am a new patient but my experience has been great. Everyone is very kind and the dentist is very patient and conscious of comfort through procedures. I also don’t feel that I am been upsold on voluntary procedures.

If you value honest pricing and diagnosis, stay away. They look for the most expensive care they can reasonably offer you and insist that you absolutely need it. For cosmetic procedures, they are extremely pushy and ask every visit if you want something done. The only positive thing I can say is that the actual dental care they provide is alright. Like several other reviewers, I was told I have early-stage periodontal disease and needed a root scaling and planing. After the deep cleaning, I was told I needed "periodontal maintenance" instead of a standard prophylaxis. This had a considerable out-of pocket, and on top of this they kept scheduling my appointments 3 months apart, meaning I would have to pay out of pocket for some visits each year. They budged on appointment scheduling simply because I wouldn't show up, but would not offer standard prophylaxis instead of periodontal maintenance. For the actual periodontal maintenance I don't think anything different from a standard cleaning was done aside from checking my gum line depth, which wasn't even done each visit. I was basically being charged $80 out of pocket for someone to stick a probe into my gums. This seems to be a real pattern, and not just based on Yelp reviews. I personally know someone who reported the exact same experience regarding "periodontal maintenance", as well as someone who was quote $800 for a single cavity filling, after insurance.'

The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment you walk in. They make you feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire visit. The dental work itself was excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dental team!

Everyone was accommodating during the entire process. Very efficient and utilize technology to make the visit extremely pleasant. I’ve gone here for several years and have recommended to family and friends.
