The dental clinic wasn't a new building, but the inside was clean and the equipment was new. The treatment rooms had large windows overlooking a small garden in the back, which made me feel comfortable during the treatment. If the treatment rooms were enclosed spaces without an outside view, I might have felt tense. The staff at the reception desk and the one who assisted with scaling were very friendly. The scaling was done by the dentist personally. It proceeded smoothly without any pain, and it seemed skillfully done. Personally, I would recommend this dental clinic.

I continue to receive the best care and treatment at Ace Dental. I have needed assistance on an urgent basis and their office staff/head dental assistant has always gone out of her way. Her name is Jenny, and she is absolutely amazing. She is on top of insurance approvals and making appointments. She does not overbook, I rarely ever have to wait. She is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff. She can perform work on dental devices , orthodontics, front office, X-ray, hygiene , etc the list goes on and on. She works very hard, I used to think she owned part of the dentistry because dude she is so invested and has a dynamic work ethic. I highly recommend Ace dental.

My teeth look AWESOME! The results are far better than I hoped for. And everybody notices and tells me they look great. And the price was so reasonable for superior service, I should of done it long ago. I highly recommend Ace Dental for any dental work, and especially cosmetic work.

I had an outstanding experience at Ace Dental. In addition to the quality dental care My husband and I received, I felt like the staff truly empower the patients to make the best decisions for their oral health. I was overall very satisfied with the whole appointment. Would definitely recommend.

Customer Service has definitely decreased significantly! Unbelievable. I remain being a patient for only two reasons only ! #1. A staff member Arlene that has remained in the location since the last owner who is quite friendly and professional and #2. That the last owner left my ortho treatment undone which is fully paid for ! Mind you this has been 2 years since the last owner retired . They now treat you like a extra unnecessary patient that they are received no profit from and dont mind making sure u see results quickly. When it came down for my wisdom teeth being removed , they quickly found the soonest appointment surely enough because i was paying them for the procedure . I have several months maybe even a year following up with all my appointments monthly and not even then , have i seen an absolute change. My teeth are in the same condition as 2 years ago same spaces in between teeth, all i can remember is having my rubber bands changed every month. So upset and would not recommend!

I have been here for almost two years for my braces and I had a best service and treatment. The doctor and nurses are very kind to me and they are very friendly too. The price was not that high as other dental places for the braces (I went three different places for the braces and the cost of the treatment was expensive.) I highly recommend to go here for the braces if you live near the fullerton or anaheim or need to get right treatment.

Staff is so friendly especially the ortho doctor and dental assistant and front desk is so welcoming , organized, knowledgeable, and understanding. I always have a great experience and they always make you feel comfortable! Also, super neat and clean!
