My 1st time at Oneida and the experience was awesome and I appreciate that they take J. O. Wyatt patients

Went in twice now for fillings for teenager and was there for 4 hours each time. 3-4 fillings should not take 4 hours each visit and because I cannot drive both my drivers almost left me and my daughter there meaning we would have had to walk home. A root canal doesn't even take that long what the heck! I am pissed

I went to the appointment and the office was closed. Didn’t receive a message informing me that they would be closed. Could be because of the weather, but a call would have been appreciated.

Non-productive for me. They no longer as of July 2025 take my dental insurance. I don't think my dental insurance will cover $35,000 worth of impacts anyway, which are over priced at every dental center in the US. I worked at a dental lab and know what the material cost is. This is just pure greed in the Dental industry and should be regulated by the Federal sector. But I would recommend them.

I had a great experience All the ladies were very nice and friendly Explained everything Best dentist experience I have ever had thanks to all ladies October 8th 2025 see y'all this up coming Tuesday I'm excited

Did not like how my daughter was attended. Will not be going back. They didn’t even clean her teeth and only took X-rays and said she needed crowns but no doctor on site to do it. Doctors come in from out of town. Will NOT be returning.

They were so Nice, Gentle, and Knowledgeable when taking care of my Daughters dental needs 🥰
