Ideal Dental Amarillo

The most positive experience I could’ve had. Everyone from the front desk staff to the dentist were so kind and welcoming. My hygienist was great as well, she explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and did a thorough job with my cleaning. Definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

Dr. Rigby has a great chair side manner. He makes you feel comfortable and safe. He is very good at advising you what to expect. Faith helped me with the dentures. She is friendly even when you are hurting. She helped me relax during procedures. Even the girls at the front desk are friendly and polite. And now I look good with my new teeth. Thank you, you're the ideal dentist.

Great staff and Dr Rigby has great bedside manners and is great and caring. At my first appointment I let him know that I had severe anxiety from past experiences at dental appointments. Dr. Rigby was very attentive and understanding. Victoria did my deep cleaning and was so patient and thorough.

I had my first appointment with Ideal Dental on Woflin and I had the best experience. Abigail and Dr. Maedgen are absolutely amazing! They both explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. The office is super clean and welcoming. The receptionists at the front were warm and welcoming. Even the girl that took my x-rays was so nice. I have been looking for a Dentist office I actually like and I found a home finally!

Dr Alan Maedgen is probably the coolest most relaxed and knowledgeable dentist I've ever seen. Over the years I've seen several good and bad dentists due to military moves as a kid 40 plus years ago and a move here to Amarillo in '22 from Colorado Springs with my family. He's a no nonsense perfect dentist for me and my family. As long as he's practicing, we'll continue to enjoy going to the dentist! Thanks doc.
