Agustina was absolutely amazing. She was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cared about my experience. Because of her, the appointment was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

This place cancelled my visit for not responding to a text. I was never notified of this when scheduling or in the text itself. Noone notified me that it had been cancelled. They didn’t answer the phone during normal business hours either. When I asked about rescheduling the receptionist said that it would be unlikely to have anything soon. When I said maybe I should go to another dental office the receptionist said yeah I understand you should.

I’m reaching out with some exciting news – I finally received the approval letter for my full-mouth dentures! When I called to schedule my appointment to start the process, Daisy answered, and I shared how thrilled I was. She sounded very happy for me, too. Before scheduling my appointment, she let me know that she would no longer be working at this office. While I was saddened to hear this, I wanted to express my gratitude for her kindness and support during our conversation. She was genuinely happy for me and made scheduling my appointment feel extra special. Daisy has been such a caring and positive presence, and she will be truly missed. I’m hopeful that the new team member who steps into her role will bring the same warmth and dedication. Whoever gets to work with her next is very lucky to have someone as charismatic and compassionate as she is. Thank you again, and I look forward to beginning my dentures process in just two weeks! Warm regards, Tatiana

Second update This is such a beautiful and heartfelt message of gratitude! A real Heartfelt Gratitude to an Amazing Dentist I have been to many dentists in Allentown, and unfortunately, one of the worst experiences I had was at Dental Dreams. They made dentures for me that were far too large for my mouth, and after multiple unsuccessful visits, they ended up referring me to an orthodontist. However, I couldn’t find one that accepted my insurance in Lehigh County or surrounding close areas. By the grace of God, I came across Star Community Dental Sigal in Allentown. After years of struggling without dentures after my tragic accident, I called and spoke with an amazing receptionist, Daisy (who I was sad to learn later left for a better opportunity). I was so emotional over the phone, and though their schedule was fully booked for months, Daisy went out of her way to get me an appointment in just three weeks. From the very first visit, I was treated with respect and compassion. Fast forward a few months now, and I am beyond grateful to have Dr. Patrick Rossi as my dentist. From day one, he has shown patience, kindness, and true dedication to making sure my dentures are made and fit perfectly. After struggling for so long to find the right dentist, he took the time to listen to my concerns and ensure my dentures were designed specifically for my small mouth. When I was finally called in to try my new dentures, they fit perfectly. The moment he handed me the mirror and I saw my smile, I wanted to cry—it felt like I was finally getting back the confidence I lost after my accident. With just two more appointments to go, I will finally have the smile I’ve been waiting for almost 4 years. I highly recommend Dr. Rossi. He never rushes through appointments and truly values his patients’ opinions. He has told me himself that his reputation matters and that he wants every patient to leave his office happy and confident. Though the wait times can be long because they are so busy, trust me—it is worth it! I also want to take a moment to say how much I miss Daisy. She was such a big part of my journey, and I hope one day I can run into her again and show her my new smile! Thank you, Dr. Rossi, and everyone at Star Community Dental Sigal, for giving me my confidence back! Will update last completed dental work! First update I have been struggling for years to find a dentist that would take my insurance to do complete dentures. I had a previous dentist who made dentures for me, but they were too big, and I could never wear them properly. My mouth wouldn’t close all the way, and even with glue, they were loose and wouldn’t stay on firmly. I went from dentist to dentist, unable to find anyone who could help, and I was about to give up when I called Star Community Health Dental Sigal. I spoke with Daisy, and from the moment I explained my heartache to her—while holding back tears—she genuinely understood my pain. Even though she informed me that new patient appointments were months out, she went above and beyond, putting me on hold and then offering me an appointment in just three weeks. She also took the time to explain everything I would need for that day, and she was so polite and caring throughout the process. Daisy not only answered my call immediately but also called me the day before to remind me about my appointment. When I arrived today, I asked who had scheduled my appointment, and it turned out to be Daisy herself, the same person who signed me in. I thanked her in person and expressed how grateful I was for everything she did to turn my situation around. She went above and beyond, turning a nightmare into a manageable experience. Daisy, I appreciate you more than words can say. You are an amazing worker, and there should be more people like you in this profession—people who have great empathy for others’ needs and feelings. This practice is blessed to have you, and I look forward to seeing you each time I come in. You restored my faith that not everyone is the same!

Terrible dental spot. I had an infected tooth and was crying in pain. 4 people showed up after me got seen first. I asked for an ice pack for my tooth, took them 5 minutes and all the woman behind the desk were just chatting away. I called 2 weeks ago, left a voice mail for an insurance claim. No call back, called the following week and left a second voice-mail. No call back, just now I had to call 6 times in order for someone to answer the phone. Its easy to tell they don't want to answer their phones and their voice-mail box was full. What kind of establishment has a full voice-mail? DO NOT go here. Terrible.

Scheduled an emergency visit after being in the St Luke’s ER, told them all the information and the urgent need for an extraction, told them pt was on prescribed oxicodin for short supply and needs this ASAP. Gave me an emergency slot for today 7/17 only to not do anything. Waste of my time and theirs. Honestly so frustrating. Do better.

They’re super unorganized and unprofessional. They canceled my children appts more than 4 times each for no good reason. Last time I showed up for my son appt and they told me they canceled it because I didn’t answer my phone. I have since had to switch dental offices of course. This place should really be shut down because they are HORRIBLE
