I would give 0 stars if that were an option. This review is based off of a 4-year sequence of events. The only reason I went to this dentist was because of a temporary change in Dental insurance and I couldn’t have imagined the impact that decision would have today. The temporary crown they put in while waiting for my permanent fell out within 2 weeks, and I still another week or two until my appt for my permanent. They did not offer to replace the temp and told me to wait. Eventually (a few months later), after receiving my perm crown from them, I was able to return to my original dentist. About 2 years later, the permanent one fell out. My (original) dentist was able to get me in next-day and re-cement it into place. About another year or so later (bringing us to the present), the crown fell out AGAIN. Unfortunately this time, my dentist was unable to re-cement and I was told that there had not been enough tooth left from the previous crown to have a new one put in, therefore I would have to have an extraction. So now here I sit, having to lose a tooth because of Shoenberger’s ineptitude. Meanwhile the other crowns I have that had placed by my original dentist over the years are perfectly fine.

Been going here for ages. As someone whose gone through dental malpractice I really trust them. They've got a serious bedside manner but they get the job done so if you want superficial comfort they don't really do that. The reason I like them is they prioritise the clients health over everything else. Anyone else wants you to wait a week+ for an emergency, but I called the other day and they did a tooth extraction within two hours.

I have been a patient at this dental office for over 35 years. Last year one dentist left whom I had been seeing that entire time as did a long-term dental hygienist I had seen. I had a dental emergency last week, and I saw Dr. Mark Schoenberger, who saw me first thing in the morning that I called. It was exactly like seeing his brother who had retired. Mark was professional, capable, explained everything in detail, showed me and told me what he was doing while he was doing it, had a sense of humor, was extremely pleasant and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I had no pain whatsoever, and he saved my tooth. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. I also want to add that I have seen my new hygienist twice now and she is extremely capable and professional also. This is a top-notch dental office. I have never had a problem or complaint in the over 35 years I have been coming here.

I have been a dental patient in this office for about 20 yrs. The staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and provide excellent care. A couple years ago, I broke a tooth on a Friday night and called the office. Dr Mark came in on a Saturday morning during a snowstorm to put in a temporary filling . Not many dentists would do that.

I had been using shoenburger dental my entire life. My mother used to bring me here and I kept going even after moving. Over 30 years of history and the Dr calls me about a $10 charge for "cleaning supplies" due to covid. Extremely rude and hot tempered. Threw 30 years of history with this place right down the toilet. Obviously no cares given here about respect or loyalty to returning customers even if they go out of their way to keep coming back. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

Someone had recommended me to see this dentist because she had told me he was really good. Mark Shoenberger, DMD - General Dentist was the one that performed a dental filling and did a horrible job with my tooth. There was continuous pain inside the tooth and they wanted to keep charging for returning to get that tooth fixed. Don’t visit this place I don’t recommend it they will make mistakes on your teeth so they can keep charging your insurance because they believe that there’s no mistakes on there end. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TEETH! The two brothers that work here only care about your money not about YOU. This place is very shady and if your a person of color also avoid coming here to, I’ve noticed they seem to cater better to white people there.

I and my son have been going to Shoenberger Dental for the last 7 years. He was the only dentist willing to work on my son when he was 4 years old (He wouldn't sit still in the chair). All staff has always been very respectful and always answer all my questions.
