Gentle Dental of Allentown

Had my first consult here to get established as a new patient. Several of my coworkers of mine recommeded this practice and had nothing but positive things to say. As my situation was emergent I was ecstatic that they were able to get me in promptly! Everyone there was so kind, Joanne answered all my questions and was wonderful!!! They gave me a treatment plan which outlined expenses for future procedures which I appreciated for the purposes of budgeting, my visit was quick but thorough. Would give more than 5 ☆'s if I could!!!

The dentist was great , the young man definitely knows what he's doing, removing my wisdom teeth and his assistant was good. The lady who checks you in was alright, but the dentist was quick and smooth. I'm definitely coming back. Good detailing with price and breakdowns. And they answer the phone quick and fast appointment .

Gentle Dental is a great name!!! Dr Zachary Lo is an excellent dentist! Very impressed with his demeanor which is friendly, calming, and informative. Very gentle dentist! This was my 1st visit and I was relieved it went so well for my molar extraction! Very proficient with "Statement of Services" , Treatment Plan, and Post Extraction Instructions "! Haley, his assistant was also fabulous and made me feel relaxed. Even the receptionist was very nice. Overall….5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊 Definitely will be my NEW dentist👏👏

Last month I was a new patient after not seeing a dentist for a couple of years. The office staff was very friendly and efficient with the check in process. First visit got some x-rays done and did a game plan. Ended up having to come back for 3 more visits between getting my cleaning and some fillings. Overall the staff is wonderful and I love how they break down what everything will cost. Dr Lo is great as well he is kind, understanding and explains everything very well.

Dr. Lo has gone above and beyond my expectations. He is knowledgeable and kind, and I am very grateful for his expertise and approachability. He takes the time to answer questions thoughtfully despite a busy schedule.

I've had very good experiences at this dental office. Dr. Lo patiently explained my options when I was experiencing tooth pain and his staff directed me to an endodontist. Then when it came time for a crown, they were able to schedule me quickly and Dr. Lo did a great job finishing the procedure.

I had a dental implant done. I love this office. Dr Lo took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He put me completely at ease, was compassionate, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, was as gentle as possible with the tooth extraction and made the process very patient friendly. Emily, his assistant, was kind, also reassuring and put me at ease, friendly and knowledgeable. Jen, the office manager, was wonderful explaining and checking my insurance coverage. Alexa, the dental hygienist, performed a dental cleaning.She was very friendly, gentle and educated me on my teeth. Everyone in this office in Allentown, is friendly and truly cares about their patients experience! I cannot say enough good things about my experiences here. I have already recommended this office to others.
