Been going here many, many years. The staff is always incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. In dealing with all staff (Dentists, Assistants, etc), each an every individual is always on their A game, and a pleasure to deal with. Finding a good Dentist is like finding a good Mechanic. Once you find one, you hold onto them for dear life. Dorneyville Dental is a good one... a REAL good one.

Update: Just wanted to mention how great Dr. Rodriguez is. 👍👍👍 And whoever writes the responses to these reviews is fantastic. What a great team... First dentist visit in over two years. Very nervous. But the staff of Dorneyville made me feel so comfortable and welcome, I can truly say it helped me relax and it wasn't so bad after all! A huge weight has lifted off my head. I will definitely be back for my regular visits. Thanks to everyone!

Using this dentist for the last 4 years for myself, my husband and my young children. Nothing but great things to say. From the front desk, the hygienists to the doctors - everyone is so friendly and caring. My kids actually ask me "when do we go to the dentist again" because they enjoy going so much!

I always love my experience at Dorneyville Dental! My dental hygienist Marisa is amazing, friendly and extremely professional, she makes me feel comfortable whenever I come in. My doctor Dr. Rodrigo is awesome! He’s very kind and professional. The entire front desk staff always know how to put a smile on my face they are always so sweet and helpful too! Dr Rodriguez did my dental work. He was competent and skilled. HOWEVER he has zero skills in dealing with patients. He spoke only to his assistant throughout my procedure. And it was a personal conversation about their lives. It was as though I was not even in the room. I felt as though they had forgotten about me and I was eavesdropping. This should never happen. Not only should they not conduct an idle conversation in front of a patient, but there is more. While the skill of your dentist at working on your teeth is paramount, it's also very imporant that you TALK to your patient. You reassure them. You repeatedly say variations on, "You're doing great." And you ALSO tell them what you are about to do next. "You'll just feel a little pinch," or literally any kind of encouraging phrases. Almost everyone feels anxious in the dentist chair. Dr Rodriguez needs to remember this and work on his bedside manner and he needs to develop a "script" to help his patients stay relaxed and know what to expect. Some possibilities: "We’ll take this step by step, and I’ll talk you through each part." "This numbing gel will keep things very comfortable. You might just feel a little pressure." "If you ever need a break, just raise your hand—no problem at all." "What you’re feeling now is totally normal; I’m right here the whole time." "I’m just cleaning the area now." "You might hear some sounds, but they’re nothing to worry about." "I’ll let you know before I do anything that might feel a little different." "We’re about halfway done. You’re doing excellent." "This part is just shaping the tooth—it doesn’t hurt, but it might feel a little odd." "I’m applying the bonding material now." "Almost there—just smoothing things out now." "Take a few slow breaths through your nose, and try to keep your jaw relaxed." "We’re done with the hard part. Just doing a final check now." "Great job today. You handled that like a pro." If Dr. Rodriguez would not neglect the "script," he would be a great dentist. Most likely he will develop this skill. It's a huge part of the experience of having work done at the dentist.

I went here for like 20 years until I relocated. I got great care from Doctor Rossowski and Doctor Cerami. I appreciate the care I got from the hygienists too. Sheena is fantastic! 😁🪥🦷

Dr. Cerami is out of this world. We need more people like this guy. He is that good. On a sidenote, Allison is really great at cleaning teeth. I highly recommend either of the two above individuals.
