Worst practice ever! I had to get a crown, so I got the process started by going to an oral surgeon who whittled the tooth down getting it ready for a crown, when I went back to this practice to get the crown put on I was told the tooth was to small and therefore nothing could be done for me, I was left with a stub of a tooth in my mouth, I got another opinion from another dentist, they say they were appalled at the answer I was given from this practice above and immediately began to fix my tooth.

Terrible management. Horrible customer service. Informed them I was stuck behind an accident on 22. Would be around 10 minutes late. Waited over a year for the appointment due to their terrible hours. (**Newsflash not everyone can come in Monday-Friday between 9am-3pm. Some people still work for a living). They called as I was pulling in the parking lot and said unless you are pulling into the parking lot right now we will be canceling your appointment- which I was. I got to the check-in window and they refused to take me. I went there for over 10 years only because nobody else took my insurance. Well I was thankfully able to switch insurance and found a MUCH better, friendlier dentist that has better hours, are kind, emphathetic, and have a professional staff. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE YOU DO NOT MATTER OR LIKE GARBAGE.

Cwas referred to this practice by a current patient and friend. When I called to schedule as a new patient, the receptionist said "We aren’t taking any new patients now!". Okay, but why not take down my information, so that when they are, I could become a new patient? Suggestion: Always be willing to plan for the future. Old patients leave, new patients are always needed.

Don't get any crown work at this place. My crown was out of place and it was totally noticeable, the dentist (OWNER) said I will need to pay for another crown after I pay $1,000 for the initial crown. She's not friendly or understanding. She gave me a fake smile and walked out of the room- You will think as the owner of the firm she will have more courtesy and understanding.

I live 45 minutes away and I could find someone closer, but my Dental Hygienist here, Kate, is one of a kind. Her personality, compassion, and energy is unmatched! She is the primary reason that I would not leave this office. Love her and this place!

The worse management I have seen. The person who picks up the call has no sense of communication, so arrogant. The appointment that I took 6 months earlier, I missed it was my fault that I had not entered in my calendar. I did not receive any courtesy call or text for reminder and they charged $ 60 for missed appointment . Consider if it’s worth going to such organizations

Don’t get a crown here or any major dental work from Jason Sika. Cleaning was not thorough; then when they said I needed a crown and went through the process to get everything done the permanent crown didn’t fit appropriately and had a large gap and my new dentist who is very thorough said the permanent crown that was placed would probably need to be taken out and refitted/cast due to it not being placed/sized correctly and had left over cement from when it was placed by the dentist at Allentown dental associates Jason Sika. My new dentist had to clean up the left over cement and overhang from the crown so it stopped trapping debris and causing breakdown to the tooth next to the crown that was healthy when the x ray was taken 6 months ago. Will update review with pictures soon.
