Yeung Raphael DDS

His son (also a dentist) warned me at a teeth cleaning to not eat popcorn kernels. I didn’t listen. I cracked two teeth! Dr Raphael Yeung examined me and was able to save both teeth. Another dentist would have extracted and placed a costly implant. But not Dr. Yeung. He was able to save my severely cracked tooth and cap the other. He has skill. 40 years of experience skill. He is humble about his abilities but the results speak for themselves. You definitely receive 5 star treatment at this family practice. I mean his wife is a dentist and his two sons are dentists. One also an oral surgeon. When I came here years ago for the first time, he didn’t shame me for not understanding about oral care. Instead he trained me. I appreciate his office so much that I want to share my experience with others so you don’t settle for poor care. Good dentistry is worth it.

I went years without seeing a dentist because I couldn’t find a dentist that I felt comfortable with and that made me feel like a patient instead of a transaction. Because of that my teeth suffered. But then I found Nick. I was about to fly from out of state to see Nick for a dental emergency because I didn’t want to see a different dentist. He saved me the trip though and guided me/worked with another dentist in the area I was in. That’s how much he cares for his patients. He’s very knowledgeable and careful. Office wise - Great location (you can get your car washed while you wait!) and very clean office and nice assistants. I recommend Nick to all of my friends and family.

Dr. Yeung is nice and I did my first wisdom tooth removal there. BUT for the next one they referred me to a SUPER expensive surgery called South Pasadena oral surgery and it is just a place that want you Nothing but your MONEY. I finally choose not to do that ($1000 + for one tooth) but still cost me $140 for consultation and X-ray.

I never write reviews, but this man does NOT deserve 3.7 stars. He has been my dentist since i can remember and he has always been honest.

I've been coming to this dentist since I was a wee girl. It is family owned and run. The service is wonderful!

Very Friendly and Professional.
