Great client communication. We are new patients and the last 2x we went, everyone was so nice, information clearly communicated, and with easy text reminders and virtual check in, makes Palm View a great place to go. For routine teeth cleaning, they are fast but very thorough and I never had any pain. My daughter had a root canal at a specialist but came here for rebuilding and a crown, and she had nothing but positive comments. We switched over from a long time family dentist who was transitioning their practice to someone new and it just wasnt the same. We are happy we found Palm View!

I’ve been going to Palm View Dental for more than 10 years. Even after I moved 30+ miles away, I still go routinely to Palm View Dental. They just make things so convenient for me. I get my regular 6 month check up and cleaning, thanks to advanced scheduling and reminders. I’ve never had to wait for long before my treatment. Everyone from the front desk, the dental hygienists and the dentists are very nice and professional. I’ve never get pressured for treatment that I don’t need. Congratulations to Dr Ho for running and maintaining such a well-run dental practice. You guys are the best.

Jaime is great. He is gentle. I usually struggle with cleanings because I have a lot of sensitivity so cleanings are usually not a great experience for me. But Jaime did a great job. I didn’t have any issues with the cleaning at all. I was surprised when it ended because I had not felt any discomfort like I usually do. I appreciate the care Jaime took with my cleaning. I liked the service at the front desk. They are nice and thorough. I liked the dentist as well but the consultation was somewhat rushed. It’s understandable because they see multiple patients. It’s hard to come up with questions right on the spot but the offer was made to let them know if I have follow up questions. I’m sure I will and I hope the dentist is able to make time. Overall, it was a good experience.

First time patient here 🙋🏻‍♂️. Every person who works at this place (Palm View Dental) was super friendly, engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. They were all true professionals and made sure I was always at ease during my dental work for today. From the front desk personnel, Jennifer with my ex rays , Dr. Terresa Kim and her assistant during my teeth cleaning (sorry I didn’t get her name). They were all great 👍🏼. Highly recommend from someone who can be brutally honest 😁✅🫡

Always a pleasure. They do their best to make me comfortable. My only issue would be that it can take a while to get an appointment sometimes, because they are quite popular. Update: Couple years later. Still an incredible dentist. Have had two recent fillings that have gone smoother than any of my life. Numbing not excessive, no sensitive tooth afterwards, etc.
