Todays Dental @ Alexandria

I should have checked the reviews before making an appointment.  When I called for information and to make the appointment, the receptionist disconnected the call twice instead of putting me on hold.  When asked for the email address in order to send recent x-rays from another dentist, I was intentionally provided with an incorrect one because I read back the address and got a positive confirmation.  When at the dentist office, I again emailed the images twice to the correct email address on their business card, but the receptionist kept insisting that she did not receive them.  She was extremely rude and disrespectful in her tone and behavior.  The dentist just smiled when I mentioned the behavior of the receptionist.  I am almost certain that it is the same receptionist who has gotten a number of complaints over the past few months.  My guess would be that she has an unprofessional relationship with the owner of the establishment since this serious issue has not been addressed or corrected.  In all likelihood, the positive reviews are from the staff and/or their friends, associates, and relatives. One star was given because there is no option for zero. I am also certain that there would be many more complaints if those who visited the practice cared or bothered to do so.

Finally found a great dentist! I need extensive restoration work done and started yesterday. The dentist was excellent! Everything was explained and a plan was made. We started right away, and I am very grateful for her expertise. Nearing the finish line of a long process, that I had postponed for 25 yrs. Today's Dental has been wonderful with me. They know what they are doing and I couldn't have found a better dentist.

I absolutely 💯 found my dentist for life! She was great! I hate pain! She made sure I was comfortable and it wasn't painful at all! Wow! Super impressed! I'm telling ALL my family to get rid of their dentist and join Today's Dental Alexandria. No joke! I'm seriously impressed!

Doctors are Ok! But receptionist (Spanish woman with red hair) is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL I ever seen!!! So RUDE, LOUD, DONT KNOW HOW TO LISTEN and don’t know how to keep scheduling or being in contact with patients. Accused me so many times that; ( I didn’t call in nor i spoke with HER about my teeth situation) alway fined an excuse to blame a patient. She never keeps her records straight. Been waiting for her calls for a weeks to see what is next but never received any response. When I called or showed up at the office, she claimed she never had a discussing with me regarding the situation… won’t recommend nor will use this establishment until this FRONT DESK will be trained how to be a professional!!!!

Update: Today's Dental continues to be an excellent dental office. Marisol and Jenette have been very welcoming and kind for each visit I've had. I know if I see them that my visit is going to go well. Dr. Manreet has also been amazing and very compassionate to my issue, and Dr. Maha was very efficient and friendly when finishing my treatment plan today. I also want to give a shot out to the dental assistant that helped Dr. Maha for my visit today (whom I unfortunately did not get her name). She made a hard day just a little better by being friendly during the visit. This has been exceptional visit each time and I am looking forward to my cleaning in the summer! Amazing experience with Todays Dental @Alexandria. I unfortunately noticed the beginning of a dental issue that could turn into something more serious. I called to see when they had availability, and to my surprise they were available the same day. The front desk person Jenette and the other front desk person were very friendly during check in and check out. Not only that, but while I was there they coincidentally had a cancellation, and so I was able to do a full cleaning as well. I really appreciate that the staff noticed the availability and took advantage of the time completely for my convenience. The doctor and assistant were both very kind and thorough. Dr. Manreet was very kind, friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable about the problem I had. I felt confident in the treatment she recommended and will be returning for another visit soon!

Very friendly and professional reception and doctors. I have had a past with constant reluctance to seek treatment unless I am suffering but this office has been a real change for me to see how easy it can be to have dental procedures without dreading it nor being uncomfortable at any time. I have been thoroughly impressed despite most other medicaid partnering options this office is exceptional!

I am going to report this business to the Business Bureau. I scheduled an appointment with this office and everything looked legit. I submitted the visit form, my insurance card and provided my SSN. Before the day of the appointment, I got message to confirm my appointment. On the day of the appointment I got a text message saying I would be charged $25 if I don’t come to my appointment. I was there at my scheduled time. The office was closed and the outside looks like an abandon office. I called the number and spoke with a lady who by the way doesn’t know the office suite number. No one was in the office. It doesn’t look like a credible business. I was told the doc will come in at 11am when my appointment was at 8:30. Don’t waste your time contacting this office. It just looks like they are mining people data.
