I would have to say they went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. Each step was explained to me and everyone was so pleasant - from the front desk, to the technicians, and the physicians. The staff is truly wonderful and I can’t wait for to start my journey to optimize my dental health. I feel confident that I chose the right team for my long term dental care. I strongly recommend anyone who may feel timid or has not had dental work done in years, to come here. Sometimes the idea of it all is so intimidating, but with proper reassurance and information, that is no worry! They got you through and through here! Five stars!!!

I had my teeth thoroughly cleaned and examined today at Bright Whites Dental by Dr. white and I must say I was and still very satisfied with the service I got . She’s very patient and attentive. I told her I felt uncomfortable with the stains on my teeth and she did a good job cleaning them out. First time client and I will definitely be returning for my next appointment. I highly recommend And oh, by the way, thanks for the daily healthy teeth tool kit. First visit and I’m so glad I chose this office, friend in the dental industry suggested I go there. The staff was welcoming, the office is spotless, and Dr. Lee explained everything clearly without rushing. The hygienist was gentle and thorough, and the whole experience was stress-free. I also got scanned for a bite appliance / night guard. I have really bad TMJ / TMD and everyone was very understanding. You'd be surprised how many dentist don't get how painful that is.

Apparently, Dr. Z is no longer there. No communication about the change. The new dentist just comes in and says hello sweetie, which is not professional. She just acted as though it was no big deal that there was a change. It was off putting. The front desk just asked me if anything changed, I said no. They forgot to tell me on check in that my dentist left.

Dr. White is the most AMAZING dentist I've been to in my 47 years on this Earth! Just had a root canal done - Dr. White and her staff did an incredible job (my mouth is not easy) for an out-of-pocket cost that was far less than I thought it would be. Referring everyone I know to Bright Whites on Old Franconia Rd, including my wife!

Dr. White is the best Dentist that I have ever since living in 3 different States. She is extremely knowledgeable on new and/or more effective procedures for routine and/or specialized treatments and care. And, she allows her staff to work with her patients that do not have dental insurance. She's been a positive influence for my dental care at reasonable costs. And, i have enthusiasticly refered friends and family members to her practice. Dr. White, you are a TREASURE OF MY HEART!
