2K Dental

I had an appointment at 2KDental at the Akron, OH location today. Jataysia did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She made my appointment for my 6 months cleaning today too. It was a good experience. If you are looking for a new dentist office I would recommend you giving 2K Dental a try.

Not a fan! My family member had 5-6 cavities filled here and ALL have fallen out with in a year.. some of them twice. Went back to get them refilled and no answer to why they kept falling out…. Receptionist should be fired for the rudeness and attitude. LONG LONG wait times. Never expect to actually get in at your appointment time. Dentist seems like he hates people and hates talking. Not friendly, just weird.

First, let me say that I receive services through 2K dental in Cuyahoga Falls but since they’re all connected, I figured it would be good to give you guys this warning across the board I went to have a couple cavities field two on the top two on the bottom left. Let’s just say the experience was horrible. Very rough. They are inconsiderate so don’t waste your time complaining about your discomfort They also expect you to hold your own mouth open the entire time because they don’t adequately have the proper things to hold your mouth open None was provided for me Hold your mouth open while getting four cavities field on top of that one of the girls slipped half way down my throat Don’t even get me started on the amount of times the dental assistant allowed my mouth to feel with saliva and Me to start coughing and spattering before she would suck the additional fluids out of my mouth I also had R&B music playing on my phone as a way to calm my nerves the dentist and the original or the first dental assistant did not mind this. However, the woman who came in to do the feelings, asked if I could turn my music off so that she could play hers I’m a woman of color she is not what I will say. She is the one that I received the Harsh care from honestly it’s the worst dental experience I’ve ever had I was having slight pain from my I was not even having pain from the cavities heck did Not even though I had cavities, however after these cavities were filled, my mouth was in an extensive amount of pain for over two weeks. I couldn’t even sleep. I still cannot on my left side of my mouth. It hurts. I did not have these problems prior to going to their dentist now I have to go to another dentist and have what they did fixed Correctly imagine Not being able to eat on the side of your mouth that you didn’t even have Until going to the service, I wholeheartedly believe that the care I Or the lack of there was done purposely we do live as steel to this day and age where people Our provider services because it’s a part of that person’s job not because want too And because of that, we are often miss As well as the judicial services when I contacted the Cuyahoga Falls 2K dental, letting them know of the pain and discomfort, I was in as well as the experience with the dental assistance. I was simply met with attitude, which was surprising because On the forefront, they appear to be pleasant people most of them However, I was completely disregarded and they showed no concern for the issue and when I asked for a referral to another dentist because the dentist that I am now currently going to go to, which is University Hospitals required a referral well at the time asked me for a referral to fix the screw up All I can say is if you’re a person of color and you go here beware

I tooth broke and I was scheduled the next day which I appreciated. The doctor was empathetic and skilled in removing the remaining piece. I was concerned about the hygiene practices of the dental assistant. She kept touching her hair and ears without gloves and then took sterilized instruments out of the packaging and put them on the tray without using gloves. What's the purpose of using the sterilization with bare contaminated hands? I would give the doctor a 5 star but the assistant 2 stars

My husband and I LOVE this office!!! The staff are great! Always willing to help, very Friendly and know you by name. Dr. Klobas is amazing!!! Very knowledgeable, gentle and explains everything in easy to understand words. I have hated my smile for a long time but could never afford to do anything about it until now. I was very apprehensive about the process we discussed but he made me feel safe in his hands. It was a long process but the results are fabulous! I am so happy I smile all the time.

One on Market be careful. The dentist is creepy. Took my 7-year-old daughter there first appointment no problems. Had to come back because she had her first cavity. They wouldn't let me sit back there with her at all. Told me I wasn't allowed and asked me if I trusted them. WTH. She was getting her first shot and they told me I would distract her. Um wouldn't I calm her down. I have several times to go back with her. They wouldn't allow it so I didn't want to stay. Even the gentleman in the lobby said it was weird that I couldn't go back with her. I ended up going to the one on Waterloo Rd. And has no problems. Wasn't an issue to sit with her during her appt. NOT OnLY that but the weird thing too was she didn't even get a SHOT for her cavity being filled. She didn't need it because he cavity wasn't as bad as they were saying. SO was I going to be charged for something she didn't need or is the guy just a creep? Just be careful if you have children get a second opinion, make sure your with them in the room.

I was so impressed with how the dentist talk to me about what I needed to have done and the hygienist and all the girls working. There are so very sweet and nice. I think I have found a home.
