Sivley William Mark DDS

I can not say more positives things about Dr. Sivley and his staff. I have always had bad anxiety going to dentist's from past experiences, like not being numb correctly and feeling everything. Dr. Sivley has made me overcome my anxiety with dentist's. I have had multiple invasive treatments done with him and he is always so kind and sweet. He checks on you during the whole treatment and with his calm demeanor makes you feel calm. I would recommend Dr. Sivley to everyone!

DO NOT GO HERE,!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE,PAIN,EMBARRASSMENT, AND DOUBLE STANDARD!!! I Was referred by the VA for out patient services. As Abilene is only 130 mile round trip compared to big spring 320 mile round trip.I was supposed to get full upper dentures. Staff was attentive and caring. Reception was on a pedestal thinking or to me it seemed as if I was lower than them and being talked down too, first appointment I was 10 minutes early and checked in, 42 minutes after my scheduled appointment I was finally seen. At the time of this my foot had gotten ran over I had also fractured my foot in three places.also I was undergoing test from my cardiologist ( nuclear stress test, ct scans and MRI. Not all on sane day. I was also going to terry Lovelace brooks( outstanding care) for deep cleaning and prep for mouth surgery with Dr Tram ( Abilene surgical center (also amazing) Anyways I had to reschedule my second appointment due to scheduling conflicts. The rescheduled appointment was missed due to being in yet another accident so the third appointment was the next day after having 9 teeth surgically removed to check for fitment of denture. 9 teeth pulled drove home had to return the next day , either I was tired on pain meds or just confused from having appointments with 4 different doctors I read my appointment time wrong and was 20 minutes late. I was refused service. The following day the "lovely" receptionist sends me a text message saying because of my NO SHOW they would not be able to render services anymore and would contact VA to make other arrangements, so the dentist or doctors can be 42 minutes late or more and it’s ok because there time went over with another patient or something came up. But if the patient has something unforeseen happen it’s hell to pay, and to top it off we are paying them. My teeth don’t fit right can barely eat having other issues and sivley, Toogood and Dawes dentistry received payment for services not rendered. I will be looking for a lawyer

A very welcoming and responsive practice in Abilene. I have been working with them for 20 years and now make the journey from Houston to Abilene for treatment. They are as professional and knowledgeable as any dentist I have ever used. Dr Sivley and his entire team are truly a benefit to the profession and I am grateful.

Dr. Sivley and staff are true professionals. Dr. Sivley has the upmost concern for his patients and treats them with dignity and respect, even when they're a little grouchy about coming to a dentist. I have never felt more calm and safe about getting dental work completed until my first time under the drill with Dr. Sivley.

This is by far the best experience my family and I have ever had with dentists. I'm so glad a friend referred us here. They are very punctual, honest, and worked quickly on responding to all our needs. Highly recommend!!
