Maryann trimmed and applied tinsels in my daughter’s hair today. I recommend her! She was super welcoming and easy to talk to. Loved her energy and her work. 10/10 🙌🏻

I was in the area and checked to see if the salon had an opening. They were able to fit me in within an hour. I have long, grey, straight hair (ugh) and Brianna did an excellent job washing and cutting my hair, and she took her time to make sure I was satisfied with the results. I would definitely use her again. Thank you Brianna 😊

If you are looking for a gair dresser, look no further! Ask for Liz!! She TRANFORMED my unruly hair!! I went from drab to FAB and it's all because she took the time to listen to what I was looking for and rolling with it! She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and fun conversationalist, and a phenomenal hairdresser! I am so thankful for her patience and inspiration for the look I left with! I went from a yellow, dull, overgrown look, to healthy, happy, BEAUTIFUL blonde hair. Thank you, Liz <3 See you again soon! PS: She's been cutting mine and my daughters hair for months now and her patience with my four year old ALSO is spectacular! Don't forget to tip your hairdressers, y'all! She's worth it!

During my visit, I felt that the interaction with one of the female employees could have been more welcoming. When she asked if I needed help, her tone and facial expression came off as rude and unwelcoming. It felt more like suspicion than genuine assistance, which made me uncomfortable—as if I was being watched rather than helped. Good customer service is about making people feel welcome, not judged. I understand that every job has its challenges, but a friendly and approachable attitude goes a long way in customer service. With some additional training in communication and customer care, I believe she could greatly improve. I’ve had more positive experiences elsewhere, such as at Sephora.

I took my daughter here for the first time today. I had never been here either as I am a man and this store is for woman obviously. When my daughter and I walked in we pretty much got nothing but dirty looks from the employees. Not once did anyone offer to help us as we were looking for acrylic nails for my daughter and were having a hard time figuring out where they were located in the store. Needless to say, my daughter and I would probably not come here again. We had a much better experience with the Sephora located inside of Kohls down the street from Ulta. The ladies that work at Sephora were very helpful, actually approached us to offer help, and even helped us figure out what products would be good for my daughter.

The staff was so very friendly and helpful. I was greeted at the door by a very nice young person and I told them I needed help choosing makeup for my aging skin. They took me right to the clinique section and we discussed exactly what I needed. They decided I needed a makeup artist so they went and got a beautiful young woman who showed me what makeup would be best for my skin and she showed me how to apply it. I bought several items and will definitely go back for more.
