I had the most rejuvenating experience with Alani for the retreat headspa experience. She’s kind, gentle, explains things well and my hair feels so much better than before. Highly recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself. The added facial and massage felt amazing.

I booked the Korean Bespoke Facial and had such an amazing experience from start to finish. It’s been a while since I’ve been consistent with my skincare routine or visiting an aesthetician regularly, but she took her time, assessed my skin, and truly restored it. I left feeling refreshed, hydrated, and glowing. What stood out the most is how well she works with melanin/Black skin. It’s not easy finding someone who genuinely understands our skin concerns, but she was extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and intentional with every step of the facial. The environment was clean, relaxing, and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire service. If you’re in the Worcester area and looking for someone who works on Black skin - I HIGHLY recommend booking with her. I’ll definitely be returning consistently!

Such a relaxing and cool experience! I’d always wanted to go to a head spa and this treatment did not disappoint! Alani walked me through the treatment steps prior to beginning and also performed a scalp analysis with a zoomed in camera! The room was clean and I felt comfortable throughout the session. Also received a clip at the end of my service which was such a sweet add on!

Such a relaxing & cool experience. The place was clean and very aesthetically pleasing! I did the root revival treatment to help with hair growth. It was so cool seeing my scalp up close and creating a plan to target my scalp concerns. Alani helped me feel so relaxed & my scalp squeaky clean 🥰.
