Great experience! We were helped by Ray and she was so knowledgeable and helpful with the skincare products. I have sensitive skin and she was able to confidently tell me all about the different products that would work well with my skin without irritating it. I felt like I got a masterclass on how to care for my skin and what products to avoid. I recommend you go to her for any of your skin concerns/questions! I went in for a haircut at Ulta in Mayfaire & it was my first time having my hair cut at an Ulta store. I saw Claudia R. & she did such an amazing job. This was the first time in years that I have left a hair salon happy & with a cut that was exactly what I wanted but better. I never leave reviews but I feel like she deserves some praise! I highly recommend her!

Samantha, at the ulta salon, 10/10!!! She did an amazing job with my layered cut. She made sure I was part of the conversation with my hair, gave me great suggestions but never pushed to upsell me. Was so sweet and empathetic of my previous bad haircuts (from other salons) and helped me transform my hair to exactly what I wanted!! Definitely recommend her to anyone!

I went to the ulta salon yesterday and saw my stylist Samantha. I love coming to see her to get my hair done. I got a total blonde and purple accent peek a boo. She did such a great job! We were both pleased to see it turned out beautifully. Keep up the good work!

It's a nice clean store, but I had a small issue with one employee. I was looking at skincare products (just browsing, not looking to buy), and this older woman who's an esthetician walks up and starts aggressively trying to help and get a sale off me. She asks me to walk over, started telling me how red and dry my skin was, and that I needed to try x and x products, which were way out of my price range. She kept saying "lets get you checked out" or "let's try this and see how it helps", trying to pressure me into buying something I didn't even want. I was just browsing to begin with, wanting to mind my own business. I didn't really appreciate it. She wasn't a bad lady by any means, but the sales tactics need to be toned down a LOT. I know the employees have to check in on people, but that's not how you do it.

Victoria was amazing! So helpful and such a kind soul! I had stained henna tattoo all over my body from a Halloween mishap and i was not able to get them off for 2 days and she helped me find an affordable product and was patient with me in making sure it worked! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for help!
