SEPHORA at Kohl's

This location doesn’t get enough credit… they are attentive based on the amount of staff… they have always attended to me and very knowledgeable of products… I was able to be matched properly with fenty products… very clean and well-organized… if you go to major cities the customer service doesn’t exist… but the customer service here is on point… will continue to be a shopper

Today i went to sephora and i saw they have "deals" going on they have signs on certain makeup products with a display of like 30% off and i asked the lady if that would mean i am getting money back because i went to return something and re buy the same product but a different shade but since now they have a deal going on means i should get a discount and she told me that the displays are false so they dont have discounts that they are just lying … idk if she was saying the truth or just didnt want to help me

They don't always have the products that other big stores have, which is to be expected, but they are always very nice and willing to help!

Always out of stock of the things I need. The employees said it's bc they don't get many trucks.

They had exactly what I needed. In and out in just a few minutes.
