Got my hair colored the color got out in 2 weeks after telling me it will last way longer than that,after going back and telling her she was very rude and said she didn’t care and didn’t offer no resolution I paid 170$ for this awful outcome.

She color my hair but it's gone in one week and she didn't get my refund

I went to this salon yesterday. Jackie ( the owner of the shop) was awesome!! She worked with me even though I came in last minute with no appointment and was very professional. I’m very picky about my hair and I had been cutting it myself for the last few months ( have no experience) so, my hair was really dry and messed up. I asked her to give me a flattering cut that kept the length of my long hair. She did a great job and went beyond what I expected. I absolutely love my new hair cut and I plan on returning to this salon. I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for an excellent salon and cut. These guys deserve five stars all the way!!

Jackie was very professional and did a great job on my hair. She was able to provide a cut and full weave within 2 hours with a beautiful result. I look forward to seeing her for all my hair services in the future.

Just meet Jacky once, and you will know what professional hair cut. She has been in business in the same place for the last 22 years and is handling alone. I would call her the Iron Hair cut Lady of West Valley. My family has a lot of respect for her and professionalism.

Service was bad, owner was extremely rude. I will not be going back.

This place is a good place for a quick haircut.. its just a single lady cutting hair and she is always friendly.. about half the ti.e she can only take cash but if you dont mind that then i would highly suggest going to her.. i paid $15 for a hair cut and am satisfied with it.. its better than one of those big chain places where you are just a number sheactually does her best to remember you and remember how you like your hair
