Such a relaxing spa experience! Everything is highly customizable, even down to your scent preferences. They examine your scalp before recommending specific treatment styles. The layout of the spa is interesting. Every therapist is in the same room, partitioned by screens. So it might get a bit distracting on busy days. There was one other person getting a treatment at the same time, but all I heard was a bit of water running and then their end of treatment conversation. I had Hannah do a 60 min holy grail head spa treatment. I would recommend picking a different service if you don’t have any major scalp or hair issues you’d like to address.

I had never been to a head spa before and after going, I have recommended to all my friends. Don't think twice about booking here! They thought of everything and the experience is one of the best I've had at any spa. I had follow-up questions and Heather called and spent time going through my needs and getting me onto a routine that worked for me. Luna Lu goes above and beyond for their clients and it shows!

This was my first time getting a head massage. This definitely went beyond my expectations. As soon as I walked in I was given comfy socks and a cup of tea. Heather is very knowledgeable and I loved our talk and education in not only scalp health but overall health. The scalp camera analysis was something I had never seen before and looking at the before and after a on the same day Amazing! I did the detox massage done I fell asleep and woke up multiple times. It was the best relaxation and everything she uses is good for the body without extra added chemicals. She explains things throughout the process and the massage bed is very relaxing. Now that my hair is dry it’s the cleanest it has ever been without being dry. I can’t wait to start incorporating the products Heather uses in my everyday life. Loved the experience I will definitely be coming back.

I went to Luna Lu Head Spa for my first head spa experience and honestly… it was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, I felt so cared for. Kiyah was amazing.
